I called them back today and it rang a computer kept saying your call is very important to us someone with be with you soon and it did this for about 20 mins before I hung up.

Just got this call. Husband answered and he said "all I could understand was Bell tellular" and something about 25 dollar. He said "No thank you" and she never even stopped. He hung up on her.
It's getting to the point that I will not answer the phone at all. Unfortunaltey some friend's and family's #s come up "private" or "unknown". Cells and computers are great but because of them and crooks, the rest of us are left to deal with this BS!

They call me saying it was a cell company that give a cell for free and very cheap monthly fee and so on. When I said no they insist in know my birth date.

I get a call from this number at least 2 or 3 times a day, I answer and a voice says goodbye or it's nothing at all. Drives me crazy.

I believe from what I've read and dealt with, that this number is primary used as a "bate call" to see what time(s)
the line is most likely to be answered and is link to alot of different scams one being the "lower interest rate"
as well as other personal information retrieving scams.

Another call received to-day. didn't answer it but, once again, I called the number back and it is STILL temporarily disconnected.
How a call is made when the phone is supposed to be disconnected is a mystery, indeed.Think I'll call Ma Bell.
