Several calls

Cindy Davenport called and stated sge was a process server ... asked regarding what .. she said she could tell me..documents sealed... asked who hired her ... she gave m the number of 888-744-2864 and a case number ... she would not give me her phone number when I asked for it... called the 88 number... answers as Legal Dept ( but not for who!!) first said it was regarding a suit from my bank... i asked more questions because I don't have a loan with my bank ... Jeremu finally told me it was for an old Pay Day Loan with Midland Financial which is paid off.  Asked him for his fax # so I coud send him the info... .. he didn't know it ??!! asked me to call back so he could get it ... ha ha ha ... also advised I would have my attorney call him ... he said he could only talk to me ... told him he can talk to the attorney if he is representing me!! Definite scam ... money = civil matter which means cannot be taken to jail when/if you are served..... legally most internet loan companies can't do anything and majority are not legal in the state I am in

OMG!!  someone just served me @ wrk!!!  I should of just worked out an arrmngt, now I owe almost $600.00 on a $150.00 loan....no more loans for me!!!

No one who would actually been hauled into court would come back on here to psot about it.

i went to court to try and call there bluff, now i haft to pay other fees, instead of the settlement they gve me....

as anyone actually been served papers from these people? Or have actually gone to court thru them. I cant find any information for south financial?help again.

I just got a call from these idiots telling me that they had "personally served me"!  I have no idea what they want and will be calling them back to read them the riot act.

I just received a phone call from this same phone number to my place of business. When I called them back, the lady asked me for a reference number and said the company name was South Financial. She then put me on hold for 11 minutes and never came back to the phone!!!

i receaved the same phone call From a processor telling me to call this number. Who are they and what is their business name.help??

I got a call from a process server also asking me to call this number back for a fradulent check and then he hung up in my face.
