I've tried to have my phone number removed from their calling list. When I phoned the office lines, all I get are voicemail messages including mailbox is full. I've sent emails. Then this morning I rec'd another call and told the woman to remove my number from their list. She was rude about it and frankly, considering there are many good causes out there and charities with staff who are pleasant, it seems rather foolish to have staff who are leaving such a bad impression on potential donors. This may be a worthwhile association that helps many people but like I said, I'd rather deal with staff who are polite and pleasant so this would never be something I'd donate to now.

get call screen from your local telephonecompany and block them by using *60.  they wont be able to get through to you again

I've had a few calls from this number over the past few days. I say "Hello" No one answers. It clicks & hangs up. I tried calling back today to be removed from their list but just got an answering machine. Will phone later so this harrasment can end & the phone will stop waking up my son during his naps.

I just got home from work and saw that I had 2 messages. They were just static when I listened to them, so I looked at the call log. They called us 7 times within the four hours that I was gone. Thank goodness I wasn't home, that's just ridiculous!

Just got a call from this number.  Three times in a period of 22 minutes (I counted and finally answered the third time).  Asked for used clothing for Alberta Community Living.  Told them I did not have any and not to call back because three times in period of 20 minutes is excessive.  Said if they called again I would report them.  I feel bad for saying that because they are a charity and all but seriously?  Three calls in 20 minutes is verging on harrassment and they should realize they are doing more harm than good to their organization by being PESTS!!  I guess on the bright side the person on the line WAS polite and thanked me for my time (even if she didn't mean it.  LOL)

Quit calling because we will never donate to anyone calling by phone and especially that does not have their act together. We are not on your list and you are not on our list of charities but we do support legitimate charities. In fact anyone using an autodialer should be charged with harassment in our opinion.

I just called them because I got 2 calls in a half hour from them.  I also don't pick up numbers I don't know.  It's a charity, and I guess their dialing system (automatic dialer) isn't working properly or something... I wasn't mad once I found out it is a charity, but the lady that answered the phone was really nice and let me know that she would have the people remove my number from the dialer.  I hope this helps... I was just happy that is wan't a telemarketer! lol

I answered it, it's the Alberta Assocication for Community Living. They're trying to solicit clothing donations.

I do not answer calls from a number without an identifier.
I received 4 or more calls yesterday from this number.
If  you just identify yourself, I will answer.

For the last 2 days, I have received 8 phone calls from this number with no message left.  I answered once and there was no one there.  I'm sick of this number calling!
