Got a call from this number at 1:24 PM. Caller ID states that it's Canada Call. I only know two people in Canada, and neither have my number.

why call if you are just going to hang up or leave no message? calling back gives you a mess that you can not call this number. clearly the call is being dialed by directory assistance just like the call prior from 813 555 -0164.
