This company is a woeful joke, the high pressured sales of a crummy vacum and that stupid defender air cleaner...that Barb is a bitc h and look out for this sales manager Darren is a frickin sleeze ball loudmouth...if these people call u hang up ASAP!!!

I received a call from this number as well under the guise of a consumer research company.  They asked if I owned or rented our home, our professions and whether or not we preferred to use department credit cards or bank credit cards.  They also asked if anyone in the house had any allergies.  I called Phone Busters at 1-888-495-8501.  They informed me that it is a sales company that called.  Although they did not try to sell me anything, the next call I will get from them will state that I won a prize...could they come by to drop off the prize.  During the visit they will use high pressure sales to sell a very expensive vacuum or air filter (~$3000 - how ridiculous).  After a few months, they will come back saying part of the equipment is out of date or defective and will try to sell an upgrade of the model for even more money.  This is a dangerous company to get involved with!  Do not let them come to your house even if the prize is a voucher for hawaiin accomodations/vacation.

This number showed up on caller display, no message left. Once on 2009 APR 02 @1517 and again on 2009 APR 03 @1700, not answered.

Thanks for posting this. I felt very leery after I got off the phone with this company. I usually don't mind participating in research studies but this definitely does not feel like a proper study given the questions they were asking. Thanks for the heads up on what's to come.

they called 7 times today and i cant make them stop ... they never talk and when i try to call back says that the number is not in service...

The woman is with an asian accent, the first time I answered the phone, she told me she was Samantha and asked me different questions, like if somebody smokes in the house, etc. The next time i got a phone call again, sound the same accent, and told me She is Wendy, and told me I won something. She told me it will be delivered in my house at 6:30pm the next day, I gave her our address, (stupid of me)but nobody showed up, and I tried to call the number 780-669-7445 but it saying not in service. I got scammed! she's got my address information.

I am getting repeated calls from this number, and when I *69 it - I'm told the number is not in service. Well - clearly it is!  Because I'm getting called twice a day, every single day this week.  Any idea how to make it stop?

same thing, man of the house, credit card, allergies. I lied on all the questions just to screw with them. didn't sound authentic, local number, but almost like it was rerouted from somewhere else because of the delay from her answers to my questions

Called and asked for the lady or man of the house. Said they were doing a consumer survey in my area. Then started asking how long I lived in my home, if anyone suffers from asthma or allergies, etc. I hung up, don't trust strangers that ask too many questions. Don't like my personal data being harvested either.

Have had many calls from this number.  When I answer no one says anything. When I am not home and they call, they do not leave a message. One time I called them back and got a generic voice mail.

Call came in around 12:30 pm - lunch time. Did not answer as Caller ID showed "Unknown". No message left on the answering machine.

I've seen this number on my home phone several times. The one time I was home to answer it, they never said anything. I said hello 3 x then got mad and said quit phoning here and not saying anything.

I called the number back today to find out who it was. A woman answered "Good afternoon SBC"...

No idea what it was about...

Asking about air quality, said survey was about air pollution but than asked weird things like credit card preference and occupation type

Called 3 times on my cell, their line is always busy...  typical from tele-marketers at 8 p.m.,  How do they get my cell phone numbers ?  

If they call back again, I will then speak in french language... Use a NHL whistle. And if still there...  say that I like to read Barnie books,  and you have a lot of fun.

4-21-09 got three calls today on my home number, one on my cell and one on my daughter's cell.  Asked for the 'lady of the house' supposedly doing a survey.  Then wants to know what credit card you prefer.

I got a call from that one (but I missed it)
