So I filed a complaint with Shaw
This is a complaint regarding a customer of yours 780-757-6415 they are contacting people and trying to slam them to another phone service and attempting to get confidential information. If I should receive another call from them, I will have no other choice than to involve phonebusters and the RCMP for improper use of a telecommunications device to attempt fraud. I trust that shaw would prefer to not have to deal with this matter through the police. I will be notifying the CRTC of this communication as well, should this not be dealt with.

you can email eservice_edmonton@shaw.ca I received a reply that it is being investigated by the company's security team.  I will see

They are trying to sell phone service and will not take no for an answer,  They don't even know how to address people, by calling me by my last name only, no mr no nothing, and when i said no more he kept on going,  I advised him that if he tried to slam me I would have him charged.
