Just got a call. Thick Indian accent. Wanted to talk to main user of computer. I hung up after saying "sounds like a scam" Shows as MASSACHUSETTS on caller ID.

I have gotten 4 phone calls from these guys today trying to sell me things.  They are calling my cell phone and wasting me minutes,  I told them the first time to stop calling and then the 4th time I was not very nice.

Just received a call.  Identified myself as my company......company phone!  Open line for a few seconds then disconnected.  My IT guy says the call traces to India.  Confirms the "thick" accents discussed in earlier postings.

Just got one from this number.  Man with thick accent asked if I knew abt Windows OS being targetted.  When I asked how he got my phone number, he hung up.

I got a similar message.  A women with an incredibly harsh accent called and was asking information in regards to spyware/malware getting on my computer whenever I go on the internet.  

I played along with this until they asked me to go onto the computer.  I told them that I generally handle my own security and that I was perfectly fine and I was told to "F*** off" before they hung up.  

I tried calling the number back, only to not get any connection.

Said he was call from PC Richards Technical Department.  Not likely.  Wanted to know if I was using a computer at home.  None of his business.  Then wanted to tell me facts about the internet.  That is when I hung up.
