Getting a phone call every day from 7812310236. It's real harassment.

Tried calling the number back...it wouldn't even ring. Who are these people?

I've gotten one call every day for 4 business days from this number. It goes to voicemail and they do not leave one. I called back the other day, and it said I could put my number on their "DO NOT CALL" list, which I opted to do, but I still got a call today. Maybe it takes some time for the "DO NOT CALL" to take effect. I will not be calling again.
