Typically though at least in usa, those in state attorney generals offices are actually the people to talk to. They probably won't take kindly to others impersonating

You can probably simply call your local city's FBI office and tell them that you are getting calls from people with indian accents claiming to be from the attorney generals office.
Probably won't stop them, but it may slow them down until they get caught.

I am so sick of this number calling me up to thirty or forty times a day and harassing me repeatedly I would like for this to stop and would love to find out how to stop these calls to my cell phone
