I have been given same type of phone calls regarding Auto Warranty. I've never listed the number given with a public source related to financial matters, ONLY for job-related matters. After getting several calls a year I called back following the prompt to talk to a customer service rep regarding it, telling them I'm not interested, that they need to discontinue use of the number and as I was saying thank you was hung up on. Answered by a female, I have no warranty on my vehicle nor have I ever had a warranty on my vehicle.

4 times now I waited out the entire call and pressed 2 to be taken off their list. They still constantly call.

Call off the dogs...it's now spreading to my cell phone. Enough!

I neither have, nor want their auto insurance. They call me atleast2 times a day saying that my factory warranty has expired on my car. I actually screamed into the phone once at them and it hung up.
I hate them. HATE THEM!

Received the call on a cell phone whose number is not circulated. All these posts about 781-270-0389, but no solution on how to stop such unwanted intrusions. The government isn't going to or simply can't stop them . . . why post a comment about these SCAMS that have not abated? If anything, the calls have migrated to cell phones.

Keep getting this call on my phone. I missed it this time but its happened numerous times before. Its about an auto warranty that's about to expire. STOP CALLINGGGG! You have the wrong personnnnnnnnn!

This is a BIG SCAM to get your Credit Card information.  Call your phone company and report these scammers..........

Just called me at work, but i didn't answer and i am getting laid off March 31, 2009 so i hope they keep calling and it is forwarded to my new counterpart in the Phillipines were my job is going!  :-)

This call came on my 'pay as you go' cell phone.

For those of you that think this is somewhat of a new occurrence, I have news. - while I lived in a previous area code area, I would get these calls probably everyday for about 6 months or so, all on my cell phone.
I have since moved, lost my phone, replaced it with a new number, and lost that phone, so I have another one now.This number just called me again. These guys must have some huge grapes.
I pray I may one day be able to call these a**holes and tell them their auto warranty has also expired. Be warned mang. be warned if youre reading this. I am devoting the rest of my weekend to finding you. Don't think that everyone you try to call is as computer illiterate as you may assume. f***er. talk to you soon.

The number is a verizon landline connected to a raymond gibson of 43 Harriett Ave, Burlington, MA 01803.

No message left, just called my cell, I did not answer. Looks as though Raymond may be connected to the Internet via DSL with no Firewall.

Please stop this caller from calling my Cellphone, I do not need their auto warranty.

Well, whoever it is, a hacker would be well loved to take this into their hands since the fascist government spying upon us all doesn't give a toss about their slaves being scammed.  The only way anything will happen is when folks stop complaining and do some research to track w**kers down and then cut their knackers off.  How are people able to find out/track down these folks?  People posting need to share how they are tracking any information down on these numbers.  I had a phonecall like this previously, but this one time it was on my land line.  I waited for the music and the ads to pass and a man came on.  I pretended to be quite eager to pay with my cheque book in hand and asked for an address and name to send to.  He hesitated and asked 'But don't you want to hear the recording, first?'  I tried and tried to get an address and name but he was suspiciously forthcoming and so I finally exclaimed 'Ha!  Mudder fugger, I don't even own a car!  BUSTED!'  I suddenly heard a click and that was that... so far.

If we are going to beat this, along with other scammers, such as Vista Print, then we'll need to start sharing real information on tactics to get ahold of their information rather than sitting about scratching our arses and moaning.  If there are enough subsequent posts that encourage this then I will set up a site.

Yay for the US Government!  They can spy on you, send the SS to your house for anything remotely suspicious as googling socks, and yet they can't stop this crap?  Who the hell are they kidding?

Looked up the number and got the same name as everyone else here. Disconnected this number, Please!!!

Started getting calls from 1 781-270-0389 today. I have not answered it, but they have called four times in the past three hours.
