call my home phone Feb. 03, 2014. did not answer, just let ring. Do not know this company.

I received the call from them yesterday. I knew exactly what it was and played along for a few before becoming a raging lunatic and giving him a piece of my mind.
Today, I am receiving calls from the 268 area code which is another scam- if you call back you are charged a fee.
I have blocked both numbers- I was a victim in the target scam. Wondering if this is why?

I received a call from this number. No voice massage left. I did not answer.

Received a call earlier this morning on my mobile. It was actually a live person that called. Same thing as others above... "We can lower your rate. It's on the card starting with .... " and then proceeded to ask me to verify the expiration and remaining digits. When I asked him what company he represented and for a return number so I could call him back., he hung up.  

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

After reading these posts, I'm glad I didn't pick up a call from these scammers!  They called me about a half-hour ago.

Looks like the scammers found a new number. Wouldn't talk to me.

Just got one of these, too. Too bad for them that I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I do look them up and then report them to DNC site.

It's some BS credit card scamming do***e bags.  Best not to answer and talk with them.

Same message as others about reducing interest rates, but no indication which credit card company this is supposed to be from, so obviously some form of scam.

Looks like this number is now being used for "one ring" scams.  Look out folks!

They must be on a rampage today. I just got a call from this number as well - Heather from account services robot.  How stupid do they think we are??

Massachusetts' area code. I can think of only 1 person I know there and he never calls, only emails.

Yeah, "Heather" called me, too.  This isn't a telemarketer, but just an ordinary, garden variety criminal who promises to lower your credit card interest.  Sure they will.  It's another illegal robodialing scam with a bunch of crooks trying to get you to give up your credit card numbers.  Stay a mile away and report them to FCC, the Do Not Call Registry, and your state's attorney general.  Then block the number on your phone.  I just did and although it won't do much good, I feel better!

Ah, so glad i typed in the phone number rather than just answering! They called and just hung up...I hope this isn't frequent of them.

Looks like they are on a calling spree. I also got a call, but once I answered no one was on the other line. It was very quiet. Once I tried calling back I got a busy tone. I'm glad I know now. Thanks, guys!

Credit card scam warn your family and friends

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Robo call to reduce interest rates on credit cards. Did not continue with the call as it has to be a scam.

Just called but no message left.

called and left message about my current credits cards which i don't have.   I am in bankrupty and all credits cards were turned off about 2 years ago.

robo call from some s****ole company offering to reduce your interest rate on one of your credit cards. press 1 to speak to operator. pressed 1 stated to the indian moron that i have no credit cards open and before i could ask him where he got my  contact info and to be removed from the list i was hung up on. tried calling back got a busy signal each time.
when he was rambling in his half broken english he named off a few big banks (chase citi etc) before asking if i have a credit card with any of them.
some sort of a new operation or recent new number for these scumbags since google brings up nothing and they do not state a company name
