Just received a calll... funny how these scam artists don't even try to make their bogus pitch believable. What a waste of time for us and them! If you're going try to scam the public, you should learn to speak clear and concise fluent English.

I received calls from 781-313-8152 about car warranty extension. It is a SCAM.  Don't answer it. Block the number.

Despite being on the National Do Not Call List, we continue to get calls from this number. They did not leave messages each time. Don't they know this is illegal?

I keep getting calls from this number. I'm on the Do Not Call list so I don't know why they keep calling. Sometimes I answer and hear a moment of silence and then someone says hello. Whenever I get that moment of silence I know it's a machine calling me and ringing a telemarketer when I answer. If a human can't dial my number I'm pretty sure it's not worth my time.

Although we are on the Do Not Call List, we keep getting phone calls from 781-313-8152 and they do not leave any messages.  Before we call any phone numbers we don't recognize, we always do a google search of the phone number and usually learn that these unrecognized phone numbers are sales calls or calls from scam artists and we do not return the phone calls.

So apparently it is public knowledge, or at the very least purchasable information, when your car's warranty is expiring. Hence you get legit businesses and scammers calling and mailing to get you to buy a warranty. I personally despise the physical mail that is made to look like it comes from your car manufacturer/current warranty holder. The language in it sounds like you have to take action, when in fact all their trying to do is sell you some crappy half assed new warranty. This planet is full of some serious dirt bags.

for the past 6 months this person or persons have been calling every single day will not leave a message or asks for my husband and refuses to tell me what the call is for, I have asked them to please stop calling and they refuse. now I will be contacting the BBB and my phone company to report them for harassment.. also when I called the number back right after they hung up on me, it said they were closed, and to call back during normal business hours, really ???????? it was 10 am and it said they were open at 7 am am I missing something Burlington ma is 20 minutes away is there a time difference im not aware of?????

Received a call from this number in broken English.  Background noise and an apparent poor connection made it even more difficult to hear.  Caller kept saying he was calling from the warranty department and was calling about my car (he had the correct make and model).  I googled the number while trying to follow what he was saying and found these reviews.  Based on them I ended the call.

I got a call--thought it was either a local friend's number or a bill collection agency (my credit score is excellent, thank you--it would have been a mistake) and called them back and their phone message is cryptic.  No company name

Received a call for my sister from this number, they refused to tell me who they were or leave a callback number for her. Sounds fishy to me...

I believe this is a SCAM.  I received a call on my cell from this company about my VW EoS.  No idea how they got that info.  In any case, tried to sell me a $3k 5-year warranty on my car (which has a modest 19K miles).  Also, proceeded to tell me I'd need it because it's a German car.  I came unglued.

I have also gotten calls from 781-323-8152 - at least twice a day for the last week.  They claim they are from a Vehicle Processing Center.  If I don't answer they do not leave a message but they are so annoying because they speak broken english and you can hear many people in the background.  I tell them not to call me again but they do.  Hopefully this will stop soon.

BURLINGTON MA 781-313-8152 keeps calling me an not leaving a voice-mail. This is the 3rd day in a row. I haven't answered it and won't but it's quite annoying!

Four days in a row this company called me at work regarding my car warranty.  I do not know how they got my number or information about my vehicle.  They told me they were calling from California but the number on the caller id was: BURLINGTON MA 781-313-8152.  I told all of the callers that i was not interested but they call me back every day.  The last woman (Andrea Castro) spoke very little English and did not understand all we spoke about which leads me to believe this originated in another Country and told me the name of the company was Vehicle Processing Center.
