The number on my caller ID for this is not a real number.  I call back from my work phone number and it says that the phone has been disconnected.  

I get a call from this number all the time.  A Spanish lady's voice comes on and is clearly a robot calling as it is the same exact thing every time.  This is a call made to my cell phone and not a LAN line, so I am unsure of how they got my number.  When I block the number, they call back from another number.  I am unsure of how to report this violation as this is clearly a scam.

Caller ID says 'Home Security' at 10:30am....Sept. 16, 2013...I did not answer. 781-884-0682...My phone does not record messages.

I just received a hang-up call from 781-884-0682, one of several that I receive per day, every day from these intruders. Massachusetts, eh? Isn't that where they used to burn witches at the stake? Hmmmm, nah, not yet! Perhaps if folks pool their efforts and have a private investigator pull back the cloak of anonymity on the individuals responsible for these intrusive calls, and follow up with Flash Mob appearances at their residences(or massive inundation of calls to their private numbers), there may be some redeeming value in curtailing some of this activity. Who knows? But I, for one, am running out of patience, and a feeling of aggressiveness is starting to assert itself towards these scumbags.

They said it was a "health survey" and then pushed for my age.  I asked if they had a website I could look up to make sure they were legit.  The woman gave me this website - www.opinionology.com.  I looked it up and then said I didn't want to participate.  She then hung up on me without saying anything else.

Rec'd call from 781-884-0681 w/ caller identifying the call as a Health Survey from the National Institute of Health... after 8pm. Really, the NIH is spending money on a phone survey? Doubt it. Anyway, as they called my pre-paid cell, I declined to take their survey. How did they get the number, I wonder?

Keep getting the Health Survey calls, and the next time they call I will use the COW BELL which will make their ears ring for days, and if they call again the same thing will happen to them, I used my COW BELL on telemarketers and I haven't received anymore calls from them again, so do yourself a favor and get a bell, horn, or better yet use a boat horn on them they will stop! I used to just leave the phone on my parrots cage and it cracked me up because whatever they said , my parrot would Hmmmmm, then he'd tell them to shut up, or get out!

this # 781- 884-0681  .... 131-613-3006.....  877- 202-5429 ...413-835-2136....  800-837-4966... 512-916-420  .....508-656-4339  these numbers keep harassing me non stop w/ these annoying calls which i dont answer at all this is abuse , harrassment ,and very very bothersome ...i do not want these cons calling my home ...ive reported this 2 you n saunders@telefund.com it stopped for a couple of weeks now it is starting up again and it needs to stop immediately i will contact fcc the authorities anthe attorney general w/ my complaints w/ this these abussive nonstop all hours of the days an weeks periodically coming into my home ...i  am fed up w/ these cons calling my home they NEVER LEAVE A CALL BACK # OR A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWEING MACHINE I DO NOT ANSWER MY PHONE UNLESS IT IS MY FAMILY ON THE OTHER END ...SO THESE CONS ARE WASTING THERE TIME CALLING MY HOME FACT !!!!  IM SENDING THIS MESSAGE N.SAUNDERS TO YOU 1 MORE TIME IF THESE CONS CONTINUE 2 CALL MY HOME I WILL TAKE ACTION W/ THE PROPER ATHORITIES . I get the Health Survey and it's a computer mesage to take a survey. I'm a business and this is beyond irratating and they've called all 4 lines for 3 days now.  Not happy

Got a call from this number.  Asked to participate in a health survey.   Caller asked my age, and then asked if there were any women in the house age 40-60.  Hung up after response.

Just got a call from this number.  My caller ID said "Health Survey".  Yea right, whatever.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answering machine.  So, it's not important.

This is about surveys. They called me at 7:38pm. Caller ID said health surveys.

Same thing just happened to me. I dont know who it is or why theyre calling me.

I've been getting calls from this number for weeks now.  I refuse to pick up the phone because all is says is "Braintree, MA", and they never leave a message.  I am recovering from surgery, and phone calls from this number have awakened me twice now.  I'm so sick of this.  I am on the National Do Not Call Registry and I am still persistently called from unknown numbers.  I wish there was something we could do to stop these calls.

Finally picked up this robocall that says it's an 'important health survey'. They call incessantly, but never leave a message. I recently blocked another number from this area, another robocall so-called 'survey'. I definitely DO NOT want to give this company any info. I DON'T trust it. I also have a 'collector' sending correspondence to me for some debt they can never supply documentation for, or even tell me WHAT it is. I imagine it's those people (slash scam artists).

Caller ID just says "HEALTH SURVEY".  

This number has dialed my home FIVE times in the last few days; including FOUR times in ONE DAY.  Today, they called at 9:43 AM and awoke a person battling a TERMINAL ILLNESS who also struggles with INSOMNIA.

The call went to answering machine and they did NOT leave a message, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF FCC LAW.
