I had an "Andrew" call me just now from this exact number. He asked for the owner and he was not in. I asked him what the call was regarding and he said it was a "business opportunity."   I took the message and Andrew hung up on me before I could even say goodbye.

Rude and unprofessional. I'm not even going to waste the owners time with his "business."

I appreciate the other postings. I had a solicitation on my phone, evidently to advertise at Royal Vista Golf Course (a real nice place). New clients generally come only from existing client referrals. I so appreciate this posting because Area Code 781 is in Boston, and I'm outside of Los Angeles. I love personal relationships, but this just wouldn't work.

We're a small business. Just had a phone call from 781-935-2501, asking for the owner by his name, pretending like they know him. When I've told the lady "Jennifer" that she'll have to go through me, she hung up the phone. Rang them back, asked to be removed off their calling list. "Tony", if that's his real name was polite enough. Said they get phone numbers from the internet.

I was left a message on my voicemail asking me to return the phone call to this number.  I called back and spoke to "Matt" telling him who I was and where I was calling from.  He said "Never mind the position has been filled, thanks for your time".  I laughed and said "I have no idea what you are talking about. Is this for a job or something?"  He stated it was not.  I prodded further asking if it was for some work to be done and he said yes and said again said thank you for your time.  "Matt" was extremely rude, unprofessional and in all aspects of humanity....A DO***EBAG!  The call I received was unsolicited and unwanted but the least "Matt" could have done was been courteous and explained the intention of his call.  BEWARE of rudeness and do***ebaggery from the numbers (781) 935-2501 or (781) 281-1726.  The original call was made in pursuit of some type of work or sponsorship for Prince George Golf Course (Prince George, VA).  If this is the best representation they can hire then I would recommend avoiding this golf course, also.  By the way, I live just a short drive from this "golf course" and I can assure you that it is a dump.  The club house is a double wide trailer and the course from the road looks like a cow pasture.

Selling signage at a local golf course????

Guy on the phone (Ronald) was a total jerk, when I told him the owner wasn't available and did he want to leave a message, he said he would call back.  When I said I was her daughter and I screened her calls, he hung up.  I called him back to tell him to remove our number from their list, he was snotty and said they didn't want to deal with us and hung up again.  Which was fine as we have no interest in what ever he was selling anyway.  Great way to solicite business, be completely unprofessional to  the person you are trying to sell something to!
