At that point I hung up.. shouldn't have, I should have let it connect to a "representative" and tried to get more information about it.

As far as I can tell so far, it's connected to a voip line.

There needs to be an efficient way for people to track down what company a number is ported to, shooting down scammers/spammers wouldn't be such a pain..
