what happened to the original 3500 that you received.

Got same message from an hearing impaired woman wanting to buy a puppy for her son. Sent me a check for $1467. Wanted me to send rest of money to act many serge by Western union. SCAM! Taking check to attorney general office.

I got the email about my puppies but now my wife is holding $1900 in her purse that was sent to us.

This person claimed to be in the hospital with lung cancer and hearing impaired. Wanted me to do painting services claiming that I would receive keys for the house she just bought from the original owner after I helped her with delivering a closing cost of $2,300 to that person, which I did (Yes, I am dumb).

I got these exact same messages, the difference is sadly...you are smarter than me. Ugh. I was taken for that $3,500.

The TWO email addresses I noticed in the string were "kbauer983@gmail.com" and "chichkabo@gmail.com" (if anyone is interested). Also, the recipient of the WU money transfer was an "Axtmann Serge" at 908 N Laramie Ave, Chicago, IL in case that helps anyone.

I am generally savvy to attempts at manipulation and scamming but apparently this time was different, I feel pretty dumb that I fell for this but I hope that any information I posted here can help others. :)

This is absolutely a scam, I received the EXACT same texts as you can see in the entry below yours from "JP" regarding the painting requests as I myself am a painting business owner. If you haven't done business yet with this person, then DO NOT.

Asked about Yoga Training Service and if I accepted major credit cards. Asked to make an appointment at my place and let her know if I can handle her service and she can give me more details about the work asap.  I tried to call number and a text reply was that she was hearing impaired and needed to converse via text.  Said she had 5 females that wanted kundalini yoga 2x/month for 2 months.  I stated I do not do kundalini yoga.  Then she asked if I did X-Train Yoga Therapy for Athletes (which is a name specific to me).  I stated that I did and referred her to my studio's website for more information on the classes and prices.  She stated they would be coming to class every tuesday.  I was unsure about this text, but wanted to be polite.  Now I'm a little worried.

I also have a screen printing business & received a email from them asking for prices & if i accept credit card as payment. The said they had a seminar in the city in July. They had specific instructions as to what the shirt would have on it & a jpg to show the idea. They told me they would have a carrier deliver the shirts to me & pick them up when completed. 420 pcs & even the size break down of what they were going to supply to me. At first it sounded legit... the English was off a little off but didn't want to assume it was bogus right off. I emailed them back with a question & they responded. Sent them prices & my cell number & I got a text...when I asked how they got my name they said a woman had referred me. Something just didn't set right with me so I called the number & no one answered...strange I am texting them but they wont answer phone?? So I did a google search of the number & found all kinds of info. I got another email basically stating their shipping company wouldn't accept credit card & for me to pay them & bill their credit card. They had the amount itemized & even included a $200.oo tip.

We run a screen printing shop.  They sent e-mail and text for us to print shirts for them.  Claiming we had to purchase their shirts with our credit card and print them, then they would pay us by credit card. I may have been born at night... But it wasn't LAST night!

Definitely a scam! Just got same confusing email, said she couldn't text-only email bc she was hearing impaired. WHAT??! If the call or email is more than someone just wanting to see my puppy and paying cash then it's probably a scam!
