Don't know who this is or why they're calling me.

I just received a call from that number.  It went to my voicemail.  Lady was saying "Hello, Hello, Hello" and then someone came on line spoke jiberish nonsense.....

I have a cell phone.

They call several times.
If you answer the call it is laughing like kids.

Been getting calls from this number for over 3 months.  Finally tracked it down and it's a disconnected number that someone has spoofed off the internet. Carrier for this number is Southwestern Bell. I called them and they said they could do nothing about the calls, to go to local phone company and have it block. And that's what I did. But the caller will just pass my number off to the next person in line and they will resume callin. Next phase is to change number and have it unlisted.  Thanks for listening :)

Just received a call from this number also.  No response when I answered.

Not sure but they are calling us too.
