No message in my cell.

This number calls me every day, multiple times a day on and off for months now.  If you try calling back, there's a busy signal.  It would be AWESOME if this would stop.

Got a call from this number on my work cell phone.  I answered, it hung up.

They call but never speak & then hang up.

I have just received this call too.  I'm on the Colorado Do Not Call list and the National Do Not Call list.  Not sure how they got my number.  I do not give out my cell phone number.  The message is like the ones on TV about taking a certain drug and got worse from it.

It starts saying "Do not hang up, this is a medical emergency call. If you or a loved one has taken the drug...", like Bill and Cody mentioned on 4-17-2014.  Today is 5-13-2014.

I'm receiving unwanted solicited calls from this number (785)655.2585. I thought I was on the DNC so this is rediculous and there needs to be repurcutions.

This is the second time I got a call from this number despite telling them the first time to never call me again.
My cell is on the "Do not call" list.   Who are they kidding "this is not a sales call".  
This is a law firm that will get the vast majority of any compensation you may get, and BTW - your insurer or Medicare can get anything you end up with to reimburse them for any covered healthcare costs.

Received call on 04/29/2014 at 12:08 Eastern. Did not answer.

Register a complaint with the federal do not call registry.  I did.

Getting cell calls from this number costing me money off my Virgin Mobile minutes.  No messages left and VM is unable to block the abuse.

I've been getting calls from this number for over a month.  I ignored them at first but they don't leave a message and they continue to call.  Today I waited for the message to be played and pressed 1 hoping to talk to a live person.  When someone answered I asked for my number to be removed and said if it wasn't I would file a complaint with the FTC. (785) 655-2585 just called my cell.  Only a few people have my cell number and none of them are in kansas, so I did not answer.  I wish we could hunt these vermin for sport and make cellphone holders and laptop cases from their hides.

Get call blocker.  Put it on your phone and be done with these scum bags.

Again - third time in just 3 days. Pre-recorded message. Left message on answering machine. Medical emergency call, and list a number of illnesses. Will report them again to National Do Not Call Registry Complaint.

Same crap.  Must be some ambulance-chaser.   I think it also calls my fax machine 10 or more times a week but can't prove that.

Just had the same thing happen to me.  WTF???   At home now on the phone I have to put up with this?  This is one fo the main reasons I don't watch regular TV.

They just called me again. Fortunately after last week's call I set them up in an address book entry on my cell phone and set it to go directly to Voicemail.

Calling once or twice a day. Generally do not answer but this morning answered since I awaited a call.
Recorded message: "Do not hang up. This is a medical alert." At which point I hung up.
Reverse number shows " Henry Stevens, veterinary office in Nebraska."

It was missed call but didnt left any message..strange and irritating.it is..call me daily.

Received a recorded message about a diabetes drug, said "don't hang up, if you or someone in your family has used a drug for diabetes (named the drug) and that is when I hung up. They called my husbands cell number as well.

This number places marketing calls to numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. Their recorded message is about your recent treatment with particular medications, and how those medications are linked to serious side effects and you need to talk to a lawyer immediately to see if you are eligible for a massive settlement. When you do get an operator on the line, he immediately hangs up when you ask for hist company name, again violating the TCPA. This is quite clearly a scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
