This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

this is  scam telling you that you have a pending case and legal docs will be filed against you.  They left a return phone number  on my voicemail  855-276-9004.  When I called them back I told them I was recording this call and they hung up.

The phone call I got today was with the same man, Alex Miller saying that I had the same bull-s***. I have never received a loan. He doesn't like it when you tell him that you think he's full of s*** and you know he's a scammer and hang up!

This person has called me NUMEROUS times using several different numbers and several different names. He keeps telling me that I have a warrant for my arrest and that I am going to be arrested on the following Monday for fraud. I have never received a pay day loan and don't plan to. My fiance gets phone calls too. If I hang up on him, he gets very ugly and calls back. When I tell him I think he is full of sh** and he's a scammer he gets really ticked off and hangs up on me.

I have received over 25 calls in row and still counting from Alex Miller, that had a very thick accent with United Legal Department saying I had a legal complaint against me, he first called my cell how he keeps calling my work number over and over again, he will not answer my questions at all and how he is threatening me, my family and my boss. This #@#@# needs to be placed in jail or sent back home to indana.

A man with a thick accent called the business I own, told me that he was calling in regards to a legal matter involving one of my employees. I asked him not to contact this number again. He told me he had the right to, and that he would continue to call back as many times as he wanted to. After calling about 15-20 times in a row...literally, he stopped for a couple hours and then started trying agin. Do not answer, don't give him any information, do what you need to and file a harrassment suit.
