received several calls, one of which, I answered:  786-228-5267 claiming they were representing Heath First Medical.  

I just hit "end call" as soon as I see its them.

another number that would come up on my caller ID under "BK Agencie" (know it's a scam when they can't even spell agency right) is 786-228-5267.

This person or whoever it is called and hung up quickly. when I called them back it is always busy.

Called my cell # repeatedly speaking on Spanish.  I do not understand Spanish but found it very rude & ignorant.

hi, wow I didn't know they still scamming people last year I had a problem with them and they ripped us and took our money. It wasn't that much but still money $200! we could't get our money back but at least I hired an investigator and got a lot of information about this company. finally i reported to the bob and other consumer companies but nothing happened, maybe if we are more people complaining we can at least shut them down. ok their info is   C.A.C marketing corp I also find this company registered in the sun biz web page. apparently the owner is jaderlis portal

I signed up on line to get a car insurance quote. Within 2 minutes I started getting calls from BK Agency.
They have called 4 times in the past hour. The number is 321-256-4020. This is a cell number I believe.
I'm glad I looked tis up before I answered the call. Thanks for the heads up!

Johnson,  this is a Talk board.  It does nothing else but provide a place where people can come here and find out from others,  who called them.  That's all.   It does nothing else.

I just received a call from this # 786-344-6617 telling me I had won a raffle at winn dixie. They only mentioned my husbands name and mine no last names. The girl said her name was Teresa and her # was  786-344-6617 she said we had won a digital camera, $100 for Olive Garden or La Carreta & a trip all expenses paid to Disney World. All we had to do is show up to 16701 Collins Ave. Miami Beach and call Mr. Nelson at 786-879-3716 he's in charge of valet parking.

I don't remember giving anyone my phone # since it was my cell phone they called to. Only time I did was in kmart to some lady who said she was signing me up for a raffle to Parrot Jungle. When we hung up I googled the address and it's a Newport Resort so I thought it had something to do with getting me to buy timeshare. I googled the # that appeared on my caller id. I didn't get much just that it's a metro pcs #. So I did a $0.99 reverse phone report and I was able to get the name and address of this #. Name is Luis Avellaneda 222 80th ST, Miami, FL 33141......

I called 786-344-6617 and asked for Luis, the same girl, Teresa who had called me answered. And when I asked for Luis she was freaking out asking lots of questions. These people are scammers glad to know I'm on the right track so I can report them. People please beware.

Keep getting nasty, harassing calls from 786-228-5349.  I called it back from a non registered phone and they said they were a Canadian pharmacy.  I have told them we are not interested, but they keep calling.  Also I am receiving calls from a company in Florida, which also has harassing people....the US government is not doing their job....they just collect their paycheck and waste taxpayer money.....I do not trust our government anymore especially with the laws regarding the do not call list....

I received a call from 786-228-5499 on sept. 11th and told the guy to place me on their do not call list. He said no i'm not going to because we have great services to offer. I advised him i already made him aware to not call me and what they're doing it against the law and he hung up on me. I called back and a woman answered i advised her of what happened and SHE hung up on me. Today Sept. 22nd i received another call got the person's name "Eddie Nunez" advised i have previously told people to stop calling me and place me on their do not call list. Told him at this point they are harassing me and i will look into legal action. Advised to place me on his do not call list and he said he would do whatever i wanted and hung up. Which is the CA do not call registry which i previously registered my number on and filed a complaint against this alleged company. I hope they get a serious fine. I'm so sick of these calls and criminals trying to take advantage of innocent people!

wrong number stop calling

I received a call from 305-790-4365 after a lady asked my husvand to participate on a raffle at Winn Dixie in Doral, FL. She said her name was Jessie, gave me the address as 16701 Collins Ave, Miami FL (Newport Resort) and also gave me the name of Nelson at 786-879-3716 who was in charge of the valet parking. She said we won a digital camera and a Disney Vacation package with no strings attached (right!). Anyway, I asked her to send me a text with the address (since I was driving when I received the call) and did. She gave me a winning code. The day before the "meeting" I texted them asking for the name of the agency and after several attemps she said CAC Group. Needless to say we have no intentions of attending, just trying to gather as much information as we can so we can present a complaint to the appropiate agencies.

I just got a call from 786-228-5025 (the caller ID stated BK AGENCIE) saying that they are calling on behalf of Winn Dixie because apparently I was one of the 10 who won a "raffle". She gave me an address, told me to bring my husband, our florida licenses and mail correspondents that show our mailing address, she even told me that the whole process would take an HOUR? She said I won "$200 gift card to buy whatever I want on the internet...", so what did I do? I called 3 Winn Dixies, the ones I normally would go to and all 3 told me it's a SCAM! The address she gave me was 16701 Collins Ave, Miami Beach- I googled it but it didn't show me an exact name of business, just listed a few business that were inside that building. And yes, she was ALSO speaking spanish.
I seriously don't know how people can actually work for companies harassing or just bothering/scamming innocent people!

I just went onto the fcc website and filled out a form and it was easy to do.  I suggest everyone getting phone calls from this place - BK Agenice file a form with the FCC

I just got a call from them saying grandpa? I said no wrong number and he said f*** you and hung up. These pricks need to be stoped!

I received a call from this number pretending to be my grandson who had been in an accident in spain and needing money and was told not to contact the rest of the family and alarm them. when I told him I had no money he hung up on me. these people are trying to run scams on innocent people. they have also called and left no message when I let it go to answering machine.

I used to be a collection agent and I can assure you, the company I worked for took collection laws very seriously.  If a collection agent violates any collection law - either state or federal - it could mean jail time.  With that company we were only allowed to contact people between the hours of 8:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday.  With that, I doubt it was a collection agency.  I can also say that the FTC takes collection laws very seriously too.  I know because I've had to call them before.  I was getting collection calls for the gentleman that I assume used to live in the house that I am living in now; however, the collection agent left a message on my machine divulging a lot of personal information about this gentleman which is very illegal.
To get back to the subject, I also received a call from BK Agencie at 1:30 am, and again at 10:00 am this morning (2/29).  The first time I guess they hung up before the machine picked up, but the second time a robo message was left on my machine about a government approved program and interest rates, blah, blah, blah.
Another poster was correct in that the governmental agencies that take the complaints about these types of calls do not check sites like this one - though I believe they should.  I would recommend contacting the FTC for any future complaints of this type.  The agent that I dealt with was very nice, and the calls stoped immediately.

BK Agencie called our home at 1:43am on 2/29/12.  How is that even legal?!  We do not have any outstanding bills, nor is anyone trying to collect from us from prior outstanding bills, so we don;t understand why they would call in the first place - let alone at 1:43 in teh morning!!!

Sadly, Paetec has been taken over by another company, and they (already) no longer accept complaints about harrassing calls from numbers they provide.
