I've never heard the expression before. Thanks for posting it. I've seen this person post before, under other names, but not for a while. There is no doubt it's the same person because of the posting style. Can you imagine the typing difficulty in capitalizing the first letter of each word? It has to be speech to text software. Made by the same 3rd world company that makes those keyboards that type in all caps!

I Receive A Call Daily From Them And This Is Word For Word What They Are Saying " (My Name) We Are Calling You Because You Have Been Doing Alot Of Fraudulent Activities And If You Fail To Cease The Fraudulent Activities Your Will be Arrested In Your House For The Fraudulent Activities." Then If I Answer They Try To Collect On A $10,000 Credit Card Debt Which I Never Had A Credit Card, But They Are Still Willing To Settle Over The Phone For $1,233. I Call The Number Back And It Is No Longer in Service.

I have been receiving the same threatening phone calls from this number and a number in Buffalo, NY
The calls are bogus! I do not know if they are using your name in the PRE-RECORDED generic message that is left on the machine ( I do not pick up the phone if I do not know the number) but my generic message says a name of someone I have never heard of.  I have received at least a dozen calls in the last week. DO NOT call back! This is a total b***s*** scam!

I have received calls saying the same thing from seven different numbers the past two weeks. I thought it was a scam from the beginning and am thinking I should change my number. I haven't called any of the numbers back and don't intend to

they call me every day and its always a recording...saying the same thing they say to you...i wish it was a live person..i would give them a piece of my mind...a**les!!!

Another call today. Tried calling it back and not a working number. If these people worked as hard at working as they did scamming people they would be rich.

I like that.   These scam collectors trying to collect an old,   usually nonexistant,  out of SOL and legally uncollectable debt by threatening to serve papers.  I guess they depend upon finding  ignorant and easily frightenied targets to make a living.   LOL.

Same people as earlier in the week but different number. The same thing with me. Want an address to serve me papers for fraud. I checked my credit score and it is excellent. Nothing bad on there. These people are driving me crazy. Sick of them and their crap.

A voicemail was left on our office phone for a Shirley Sanders. The lady said she needed to know the business name and address so that they could serve her court papers, and if she did not hear back Ms. Sanders would have to show up in court. We however do not and have never employed any Shirley Sanders, and if they checked the number they were calling, they would know our business and address to serve any court papers. A scam if ever I heard one.

Threatening call that I've been officially notified of a civil law suit against me and will be served?   What?.. If this is a hoax they should be arrested. I have a heart condition.

They had my name....I wonder if we all know each other and someone is pranking us.

Exact same situation as earlier complaint above. Call received within minutes of that one.

This call was very similar to one I received earlier this week, I guess it is a trending scam now. Some guy called claiming to be representing me in a civil complaint served against me and gave some case number and said I had to call back to try and resolve it out of court.
