talking about they will come serve me with papers if I don't make a payment but will not provide any documentation or address for me to go verify what this is about. they called about a week ago from a different number which I also reported

I keep getting calls from this number saying they are filing bank fraud and check fraud against me and that if i don't pay money that i do not owe then they are going to serve me with papers at my place of employment and my residence. They are scammers who are trying to use threat for money.

This number called my business today. Same thing... Some crappy recording that was repeating something prior to telling me about fraud charges being placed against me in my county and me loosing my rights? Did leave a correct prefix for the case number though. My guess somebody used my business address or office phone number on something.

Some woman talking about fraud and my social security number being used.  Bunch of crap..

Leaving message about some type of fraud, threatening, and claiming we will lose our rights.  It's insane.
