I have also been receiving these calls for months,  a guy with a very heavy indian accent, from different phone numbers,  I have spoken to a lawyer and was told that there is no way they can come to your job or home and take you anywhere,  it is against the law, especially since you have never  been served with a warrent or summons,  the lawyers advise was to just ignore the calls, do not talk to them, there is nothing they are going to do to you,  they are just trying to scare you.  They are starting to leave the messages as urgent, ignore it.  Don't let them get to you.  I have been getting these calls since last October.

I received a call on Sunday from Shane Morris from Legal Account Services.  Requesting that my attorney or me contact them immediately.  They are wasting their time and energy, because I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN THE CALL.  This is a SCAM and they have been reported to the FBI,  FTC, Attorney General's Office, Local Police.  They have even called my employer and our Security Department is aware of their tactics.  What scumbags they are and stop harassing the US Citizens and harass their own people.  These calls are made by the computer and off-shore with prepaid cell phones.  Do you think we are dummies??????  Their calls arrive approximately every 3 days and begin the process again with a different name, but same accent.  I have received  calls from Morris & Associates (fake company), Bureau of Crime Investigators (another fake company).  I hope that you stupid idiots read these complaints and stop calling us.

The only rel difference between me and the other people who have reported them is that I actually di apply for a payday loan.  However,  I never received any funds I have my pay stubs to prove it.  They have threatened with sending federal agents to my job or my home to arrest me.  One guy even told me that I would have to fly out to California for the court appearence.  and then when tey proved me wrong I would have to pay 6000 dollars in legal fees in addition to the money they said I owed their client.

Do you suppose the one who called me..John Hardy..is Richard's brother?  LOL   He tried today to pull the same scam on me..get this..even had my cell phone #..& my phone isn't suppose to be trackable!  Tried the same thing w/me.  Payday loan, behind in payments....I wound up telling him to send me something in writing..oh yea, he also had the last 4 digits of my social sec. #., he wished me luck.. He called me back 4 more times...my wife is an attorney..she found the number to be out of Miami/Hialeah FL..not a cell but a landline..She called, got some other jerk..who claimed they had an affidavit from the company to whom he owed  the debt.  She let him have it!  Told him she knew this was a scam & was going to report this to every agency   including local law enforcement, FBI, GBI and  FCC  not to exclude Bellsouth from whom their phone service is from.  He said he would get back with the company..she said "yea, you do that"!  1 hr later, the guy who had called 3 times earlier in the afternoon &      .left mssgs called again.  This was at 8:45 PM.  No mssg left.My wife has been in public safety for 31 years and intends to pursue this as far and wide as she possibly can.  Glad so many people reported  on line there similar encounters with these scumbags.  Maybe it will help those who might think this is a legitmate business.

I ripped this creep up good today. He calls me making threats and I called him right back and asked him if he thinks anyone is stupid enough to fall for his BS. I told him he was full of it and to get a real job and STFU.

A man with an indian accent called my best friends cell threating her with a fraud case againest me; she called me and gave me this number (786) 275-5290 he claimed to be a "Roger Green". He told me that I had a case pending againest me for defaulting on a payday loan and that I had two choices; settle or pay up. I was scammed once in my life so I sensed a scammer when I heard him. He wanted $1428.33 up front and when I told him that I could not pay that amount and asked what company he was from he claimed to be from Payday loans/cash advance and said that he would accept a payment arrangement. I tested him by saying that I could only give 100.00 bucks right now and he was real upset and wanted more. I gave him info of a visa that was inactive and not usable to see far he would take this scam. He wanted me to fax him a copy of my drivers license, wanted my address, my cell, and card info. I knew it was a scam because true creditors are more professional and legit. He even pretended to "consult with his manager". So people, it's a new ear and it's easy for hackers/scammers to steal your info and yes companies do sell our info to others. Be aware of this number; if it sounds strange and weird..it is! Beware!!!

Dont give these losers money or even acknowledge the call...I got two calls in a row from an indian speaking man....786-275-5007 and 786-275-5290..the have multi phones and just call from whichever...anyone who tells you they are with a sheriff dept and you better get a lawyer is a scammer!!!!  REAL collectors with a legit company and real sheriff depts dont say things like that....also being on a do not call list doesnt mean squat to these people....

I took out a few cash advance loans three years ago. I payd them off. Have not had a problem ever since. Three months ago I got a call a they said I owed them $750 in late payments. It scared me cause they say they will sew you and it will cost $5000 in just court cost. Today I got a call and they said that I owed them $300 from 3 years ago. I told him if that was the case, the interest alone would be more than that. I told him I did not trust him. He asked me if I wanted to talk to his superior, I said no. All I want is proof that I owe them money in contract form. He said that was not his place to do so. I need to do that myself. I said I would call cash advance myself and pay them if need be. He got angry and said that If I dont settle this with him I would get in trouble. Sounded like he was from India bye the way. I am going to ignor the calls and hope it goes away. who knows, I might answer and tell them I wont pay. They will give threats but nothing will happen.
