CTEL called again today, our office manager told her we weren't interest and they called right back. She stated for a second time we are not interested in their services and ended the call. The called again, I answered asked them for their seller id number and they asked me for mine and told me they would disconnect my service which isn't with them. The called repeatedly for another 6 or 8 times and just hung on the line.

SAME AS THE REST ANSWER PHONE AND THEY HANG UP. CALLED # AND NO PERSON TO BE HAD, ALL AUTOMATED. LEFT NASTY MESAGE FOR THEM NOT TO CALL AGAIN.

I also received a call from CTEL today... the lady said that we had requested that we be informed when our phone bill had been lowered and to be looking for it on our bill. I informed her that I would call AT & T my self to check she was a little snippy.
Sounds like a scam to me....

It's a scam - they try to come off as a rep from your phone company and say they're going to change your invoice to reflect savings - but they are not from your phone company - they are trying to get you to agree to switching - complete scam...

They call the office and hang up as soon as you answer the call. No idea who it is.

We get a call from this number every work day and as soon as you answer it they hang up. What's the deal. Have no idea who or what it is, but I wish they would stop calling. Caller id show it as CTEL.
