I signed up for some coupon yesterday and now my phone has not ringy telemarketers calling survey company I'm pissed because they sold my information 2 telemarketing companies

Strange in this day and age, I know, but I don't have caller ID. I have been very polite and lately they are caling every day in spite of my requests. When I ask, the last several just hang up. Right now we are all sick and I had to drag myself to the phone to get hung up on again. There is a website collegefinders.net that I htink is the right one, but you have to search it with qutotation marks to get it. There is not much there. If anyone knows how to get this dealt with, please share!

Said his name was Robert McCall and he was a producer for a show called Networth Commerce.
Asked for the president, I put him in VM. Very Rude.

When you call them back, the reason their number is disconnected is because they are hiding their ACTUAL phone number... they more than likely are in another country and have that technology to use a "ghost" number... so that when we see the number, we think it's a local number... but it's NOT... They keep calling my  boyfriend's cell... Be careful to call them back or answer even because some scammers have the ability to then hack into all your contact or phone based info (once you answer or call them back)!!! Beware of the phishing... because not only can they do that phishing crap on the internet, but now they have figured out how to on phones. I hope they leave us all alone, good luck guys.

the last time a guy called said his assistant has tried to reach our
owner and that he has a 2 day deadline, the first message was forwarded
to the proper person so if they haven't returned the call our owner is
not interested and I doubt they ever will be.

Wount stop calling after repeatedly asking to be taken of their list. many times they call back for or five times right after the first call and wount say anything.

The one web page I found says this is BellSouth Mobility and it is a landline. I do not know if it is a collection agency, even though I have not lived in Florida for 15 yrs. I do not answer calls that I do not know who they are from and I am certainly not anwering this one. I can't remember if the home phone service was provided by them or not.  Hubby worked as a cell phone rep for BellSouth Mobility in the Wal Mart at Vero Beach. His phone bill was paid by them for his cell phone and I had a prepaid one.

I can not believe how long this has been going on.  Here I am in 2012, USA, California, and I am getting these annoying calls also.  How not funny it is.  Hey all! I have an idea.  Let's all call this number as often as we can, and hang up when someone answers.  Wouldn't that be great?

I am receiving the same phone calls but they are from 407-218-5892 and other numbers. They are asking for my 11 year child. How can we stop these?

These a***oles have been calling me for the last 2 weeks now I'm sooo pissed..it's some stupid indian people and when I told them to stop calling me they started cussing me out in my language..I'm Indian also..I started cussing back at them.  I keep getting random numbers, they will call from a 559 number than they called back and the caller id said 220.  i dont know how to block these numbers from calling..this is getting really bad!!

I have been getting calls for a year and a half. Now its up to 15 times a day. They wont stop and

Numerous calls to my cell phone from what sound like Indians, claiming to be a company called College Finder, asking if I'm interested in going to college. They always call from different phone numbers and calling back only reveals a disconnected message. 607-795-4626

I keep getting phone calls from this number, and when I call it back, it tells me its been disconnection, and its really making me mad, b/c this line they are calling its a personal line.

We recieved over 20 calls within a 24 hour period 5 Aug. 2007. We called our cell phone provider and were told that nothing short of our number being changed could help, of course with a 36 dollar charge.Each call  takes aprox 5 min of cell phone time when it goes to voice mail. Do the math on that one...100 min a day, and this has been going on for three days now.. Anyone know how or who?

a friend of mine looked this number up and there was a site that said to not call these people back. they try to get a lot of info from you and try to charge you money. DO NOT ANSWER. DO NOT CALL BACK!

I am so sick and tired of these crazy a** people calling me. They call me morning, noon and night. I don't want s**t from them and for all I care they can kiss my a**!!!!!!

This guy just called me today and said my name. he asked something about an university, i told him that I wasn't interested because i am already enrolled, then he asked me if I am need a master degree, and i said no, then he hanged up.
I wonder how he got my info!

I just changed my phone number ....and they started calling 4 times a day!! ,i believe they purchased a list of names from at&t...just curious if anyone else uses at&t?

I just started getting these calls today from both the 4134 and the 4135 numbers.  I live in Southern Cali, and usually I don't answer calls when I don't know the number, but I figured if it was important they would leave a voice message.  They didn't.  Yet, I've recieved a total of 4 calls from them since 8:30 this morning.  When I finally answered the calls [2 out of the 4 of them] it immediately disconnected.  I believe it's due to filling out a form for a contest or free trial of a product on the internet.  The company collects those numbers and then repeatedly calls you.  I have no idea why they don't answer.  It's really annoying.  But I use AT&T too, though I don't believe this is connected to my phone company at all.  It's part of the internet.  And yes, I tried to call them back and go figure, it's a disconnected number.  I've been researching this on google, and was amazed to find I wasn't the only one with this problem.  I'm definitely going to be trying to figure out how to stop these calls, because it's pointless.

1 954-905-4135 This # has been calling my house and asking for my 15 year old daughter by name. When I say she isnt here they say they will call back and hang up right away. Once, my daughter answered and they hung up on her. What are these boneheads up to?

These calls are coming from India. My daughter did some sort of survey on MySpace. The marketing company sells your info to telemarketers, including those in India. They have no rules or a Do Not Call List in India.

The company is Wholesome Rewards. They are owned by the Active Response Group.
