Me acaban de llamar del tel # 786 299 5863 (de Florida) diciendome que tengo una deuda con una companía con la que nunca recibí nada ni me metí en ningún compromiso. Estas personas alegan que tengo una demanda en mi contra por una compañía con un juez en texas que ni siquiera me dieron números o nombres para investigar o defender. He leído y muchas personas tienen este mismo problema y con amenazas les roban la plata.

Somebody just called # 786-235-8205 scaring me that I had a lawsuit against for a package that I never order ordered. They tell you that there is a judge but not name, a stupid lawsuit but you don't know wheren. This a scam. Thanks for posts. Don't give your money away.

My mom just got a call from this hispanic woman called Rosalia Quiroz  about being sued by some company named Sol corporation for some weight loss supplements.  She said she works for florida judge juan carlos shampein's office.  She sais my mom owed $379.00 and that she pay it  or go to court and get sued for $5000.  SCAM.

My mother just got the same phone call...saying that she was being sued in Florida for not paying some stupid product that didn't even work!  Yet she paid fully with a credit card.  This is a scam!!

Harassed my mother iand I like crazy they call house # and my work # yhey led into believing she was being sued for a weight-loss product she ordered and paid for. They are now using different numbers since information has become available regarding their scam. Watch out for 1 786 299 5863 and 1 786 235 8205. All of these spanish-speaking people are calling from the same call center harassing hispanic people who do not understand the laws in this country. They allege to be calling from a court that does not exist and harass people into giving them information. Spread the word!

Sum lady called my mom from # 786-235-8205 scaring her that she had a lawsuit against her for a package that supposably she ordered almost 3yrs ago when she didnt.appearanlty law suit is for not comin out to receive package from ups and since package was returned back n recieved by them she had two options n they were to go to court n b resp for tremendous amt of court fees or have packaged reshipped again by court order n had to b recieved n pd at that moment with moneyorder to avoid lawsuit.being that she's never found herself involved n a lawsuit much less n problems wit law she agreed to have package shipped n pay for it to avoid lawsuit wit tremendous fees,but thanks to a very,very nice coworker she did the research n came across these post that helped me realize that this was a scam.thanks for posts.

That number just called stating the same thing as the post prioir. They harass you into trying to pay them over $600. Is there a way to report them?

these people called about wanting their money from something we order about 2 years ago that we had the option to pay fine or go to court and oh yea they said the judge had given them tho ok. lieeeee
