This person keeps calling me and asking for some one that does not live with me i keep telling him that he does not live her and to stop calling me they have called 3 times and it makes me mad

Another scam artist just like the one from 786-319-4062 . Middle eastern voice with american name Mark Davis . Told me he wanted money I owed for a loan that I never had ... Asked him for a account number for the loan and he said he didnt have that infomation in front of him ...
So I keep calling him back for more info , he said I would be hearing from my local sheriff and will be arrested ..
