Una vecina me esta ayudando a colocar esta denuncia, porque yo soy una señora mayor, tengo 75 años, y estoy cansada de que un señor me llama desde este número de telefono, para cobrarme una supuesta deuda de $258.oo con el Community Health Center de Miami Beach, yo estoy asegurada desde hace varios años con el Medicade y en ese Centro se paga antes y se ve al médico despues, asi que es imposible que el médico lo vea a uno sin antes haber pagado.
El dice que yo tengo una deuda desde el 2010, y que si no pago me va a mandar presa.
Me llama todas las semanas, me insulta, me grita, y me amenaza.
Ya estoy cansada y no se que hacer?.  Yo no tengo plata, casi ni para comer.  Mi esposo murio hace 6 meses y yo no tengo a quien recurrir.  Alguien sabe que puedo hacer?
Este tipo de personas no deberian quitarle el sueño a una pobre vieja como yo.

Un hombre me llamo y me comenso a hablar en ingles, solo entendia el nombre de una compañia a quien le compraba y le pagaba al momento de la compra, esta compañia cerro la sucursal de Florida y solo estan vendiendo a detal. Yo entro a mi pajina de estatus de ordenes y desde que anunciaron cierre no volvi a comprar, y el balance en mi estatus es 0 y al dia de hoy sigo entrandoy sigue en 0.
Este elemento por lo que entendi me dijo que le debo $900.00 dolares, le dije que yo no le debo nada. Se quedo en silencio y luego comenzo a gritar que cuando le mandaria el dinero, que yo era una chica estupida porque el no entiende español, que queria a alguien que hablara ingles que no hablaria con estupidas, que el habla ingles y que quiere a alguen que hable ingles porque estaba en E.U. y siguio diciendome estupida.
Yo solo alcance a decirle al principio que no debia ese dinero y al final que lo tube que interumpir con un grito para decirle que me llamara hablando español, pues el estaba llamando a P.R.

Me sigue llamando y segun le digo hola comienza a gritar y a decirme estupida pagas o te llevo a lo legal. Quisiera saber que puedo hacer para terminar con este charlatan que me quiere timar un dinero que no debo y tengo evidencia de mis stament con la compañia a la que el dice que le debo dinero.

I got a new phone number and new phone last week. When I turned on the phone for the first time there were 2 voice mails waiting for a woman that at this time I'm guessing must have had my number before. Both messages ended "call me or have your attorney call me". I was thinking debt collections after listening and hoped the messages were old and they wouldn't call back.

The next day there was a missed call and another voice mail left for the same woman... same message as before.

Today while I was at work another call came through from this number (786-323-0026) so I answered thinking I would be able to explain that this was no longer that woman's number if the call was for her.

The man first asked if I was the woman's mother. I told him again that I did not know this woman, this was MY number now, I'd only had it for a few days and asked that he please stop calling me. He started to question me about the woman, where was she and how could he contact her. Again I told him I didn't know her and said I wanted the calls to stop. He kept on... so I said to him "she's obviously changed her number because she owes you money so STOP calling me!"

He then screamed at me, at the top of his lungs... like some kind of maniac "HOW DO YOU KNOW SHE OWES ME MONEY IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS?"

I hung up on him... I called my cellphone company and asked what my options are. I gave him the woman's name and he verified that she had previously had my number. Luckily he told me about an app I could install that will block unwanted calls so hopefully I'll never have to deal with this man again.

Similar story - Man calls himself "FRANK WATERS" obsessively trying to collect a small medical debt in dispute - I chose to ignore him at this time. According to other internet comments, they have 4 pending suits due to their unlawful tactics. You can take action

they keep calling leaving ugly messages and talking to me unproffessional. I want to sue.
