I am J. Michael Price II.   You can verify my ID at www.jmichaelprice.com.  This person that is calling and using my name DOES NOT WORK FOR ME AND IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ME IN ANY WAY.   He is a scam artist and is using my name to help perpetuate his scam.   I am a criminal defense attorney in Dallas Texas and I have never been a debt collector/collection attorney.

Please DO NOT send this person any money.  Please contact me directly (email me via my website) if you continue to receive calls from this person/number as I am pursuing my own remedies agains him.

I received a call a few minutes ago and called the number back without listening to voicemail. While he had me waiting he told someone to stand by we may have to execute this warrant. I told him I was ill and couldnt speak he kept harrassing and threatening me. He said I had to pay 5000 or go to jail.He claimed to be on a recorded federal line and then he ask address and work address, I informed him if he had all the information on me he claimed then he knew that already.  I finally hung up and he called again and didnt leave a message this time.

Recieved 5 calls in a row from this William Blair, who left a threatening message.  I called back.  He asked me for the last for digits of my social.  I told him I would not give him any personal information until he told me what the issue was regarding. He got iindignant, especially when I said I would have my attorney call him and then he hung up on me. Never give any personal information.  If the claim is legitimate, they will already have this information.  When it comes to scams, I sniff them out like a hound dog!

Received a phone call threatening to arrest my husband for bank fraud and check fraud if we didn't give him a debit or credit card number to pay a payday loan. We don't have a payday loan...guy stated he was walking paperwork to state attorneys office and that a warrant would be issued. The man screamed at my husband to pay him. Called sheriff's office found out it was a scam..scary thing is that he had my husband's ss#. This dude needs to be stopped...almost had a heart attack.

Called my dad's house using my maiden name (been married 8 years).  Left a very threatening and harassing message.  I called him back and let him know that if he called again, I was going to call law enforcement and sue him for harassment.  I was just as nasty to him as he was in the message.  He's a scam.  They are trying to get money from you or your family.

Got a call from a William Blair.  Will not tell me what it is regarding.

these people called my job saying they are going to have me arrested and left a message with one of my co-workers then wouldn't give me any information on why they were calling and told me i already knew why they were calling and wanted my personal banking information.  i won't do it.

Got the call today about an ongoing investigation saying William Blair federal investigation . called my cousin for me know I am getting scared.

I have had several friends receive the same call. It is a scam. Report it to the police.

is this company fake.  a guy called saying i was going to be arrested also if i did not pay a certain amount.

I got a call from this man saying I was going to be arrested If i did not pay him a certain amount of money. He is now harrasing my family also.

A man called from this number and said he was part of a federal investigation.  He said he was dispatching a unit to pick my granddaughter up at our local hospital. I almost had a heart attack.

My daughter recieved a harassing phone call from this number
