I got a call from this number stating there was a judgement against me and left a toll free number to call back. Well no one answers at either number.

This is a very ongoing scam using many different numbers. If you do not get written validation of money owed, ignore the call. Their threats are not worthy of a second of your time ( and you may get a jail or police are coming message). He would not name the debt OR his company??? A legitimate company would provide that instantly.

This man called me and left a message on my phone about possible litigation . I have not received anything in the mail to that affect. He wouldn't tell me who the debt was with and what company he was from. I changed my phone number and he called my husbands phone !

The call came in from 786 358 5218, the message they left said I had to immediatly call them back at 877 334 5288 or decision would be made that I would have no control over. Realy? I did NOT call the other phone #. I did report it by letter to both FL State Attorney General and Consumer Protection. I retained the voice mail. If they continue to call, I will take further action of my own.

keep getting calls who the hell are they called back and advised i was going to be sued for a loan back in 08 i asked them to send info they will send to authorities
