I gotta call from this stupid number too, on dec. 7th at around noonish, didn't answer, no message, and didn't try to call it back....

I got the phone call and didn't answer and of course...no message.

I got the same thing.....didn't answer, no message left, caller ID says HLP LEGAL WCA! However, this was on my land line.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.. caller did leave a voice mail.
"Hello this is WCA and this is not a sales call so please dong hang up.
press 1 now if you or a family member have used diabetes medication actose and was diagnosed with bladder cancer...."

I abhor these stupid hang up calls!!! Wats the point if them?!!!

Just got a call from this number.  They didn't leave a message.  Tried to call it back with *67 but they don't accept anonymous numbers!!!  Aint that a hoot!   786-358-6914

Received a call from this number. No one talked and I hung up...Called up this number from my office number and there was just beeps on the other side & therefore hung up....

They are some kind of attorneys trying to represent you about a medicine or something like that for diabetes.  they left me a message, so

Just got this call, and when I answered it there was no response. I eventually hung up...I called the number back to see if it was a bad connection and it connected but It was just my voice that was hearing it was as if I called my phone from another phone and held both up to my ears (while talking of course). I'm a little creeped out!

SOmeone called me from this number 1-786-358-6914 and when I answered, they hung up.

Drug call

I had, some months ago, signed up for no-telemarketer-calls. where did they get my number.

Received call to my cell a few minutes ago. Didn't answer and no voicemail. YouMail says CallerID is HLP LEGAL WCA. Based no the responses here, sounds like a scam or telemarketing. I'll be adding this number to a contact on my Android which is set to send all calls directly to voicemail (doesn't ring or show up in call list) and also to my Dump Mail list in YouMail (they get a nice ESAD message and then promptly hung up on with no option to leave a voicemail). Thank you Google and YouMail; you make my life so much easier.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. I don't answer numbers I don't know; they didn't leave a message. This number is now on my block list.

I answered this phone call and they hung up on me.  I tried to call them back, but they won't let any phone calls through unless you are one of there recognized customer phone numbers.

Received a call from this number, which I didn't answer.  There was a voicemail left; an automated message about the drug Actose (sp) and the occurrence of bladder cancer.  I've added it to my contacts in the group "IGNORE".
