I to have been called by these same people and they r hateful.

10/1 message was left on work voicemail, foreign accent, said he's from Legal Account Association.  i called early this morning, just rings.  now they end the message with "thank you & God Bless".

I just got a call from Jack Beckus, of course I couldn't understand this person and asked him/her ? to spell the name.  Definitely not American. I am not the person that they wanted but they wanted me to take a message for her and would not tell me what company they were calling from until I asked three times.  They said they were with Legal Accounts Assoc.

Get several phone cals ad ay threatening someone I do not know. Called them to complain and then the calls stop for a few days and then resume.

Keep getting calls too. I called back for Davy Johnson, or whatever name is being used, the guy acted like he didn't know who this guy was and then said he was on break. They tried to say I owed them money and what I was doing was fraud. I owe nobody money do bs on that. Asked for written info and he said they do not have to send it out that it is not their policy. So ummmm pretty much big scam.

Some broken english guy named Ryan called.  They are calling saying that I should call them or have my attorney call them and to not disregard the call or message.

Very entertaining.  I act and sound so terrified and beg them not to take me to court and I'll do anything.  I let them go on and on about whatever and give them false information when the request it.  Just make stuff up,  then, asked them to PLEASE be sure and get back up with me if there it ANY LITTLE THING I CAN DO TO HELP THEM AT ALL AND WHERE DO i SEND THE MONEY TOO.  after they tell me, I just laugh and tell them their country suck whale sperm and to go away and get a real job.......never get called again.  It's so much fun!!!!  Have a good time everybody!!!

Calling saying payday loan didn't get paid and they are filing legal actin or some crap.  Scam certainly as I have yet to take a payday loan for who every they day I did.  Just a scam of some sort, I just play around with them for the entertainment value,  They should get Americans to do this for them rather than orientals as they can's speak English worth a s--t!

this number called pretenting to be a payloan agent I checked with the company and the said it was a scam, report to the police, I did and called a lawer who is calling the attorn. general in KY and  in FL

I have recieved a call from these people on more than one occasion. It is a fraud. Do not confirm anything. Ask for documentation and a phone number to contact them personally. They will give up. Also let them know you will contact your attorney and report this fraud.

they call my cell at least once a day and then call my work where my boss always is ...... im not even there most of the time and shes pissedmostly cuz she told them to f***off and stop calling but they still do...... the guy who calls me is named eric brown and he leaves a voicemail everytime i hate these people but im happy i now know its a scam ccompany and im not actually going to get in trouble

I already dislike people from that country (no offence, but as a blonde haired blue eyed young looking dude, the male population of the Indian race usually disrespects me constantly and I deal with them all day long in my profession) but the fact that they're trying to call me and tell me they are taking me to court and that I need to get my attorney on the phone is ridiculous. My mother is a paralegal and she says that what they are doing is so against the law that if they were in America they would be found and arrested so fast their heads would spin, but since they are not in America their country will protect them. I say block their number no matter how many different numbers they call from (they've already called me from 15 different numbers in the past year) and don't worry about it, they can't do s*** to you.

I am SO tired of these foreigners calling with their threats.   ALL of them should go back to the countries they came from and should be punished for their harrassment.  These people are scam artists and should be avoided at all costs.

These people are scam artists that are using a wireless number for here in the states ( Miami Area) from overseas!!!! Do not give them your information or verify/confirm any information that may have!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I just received a call from them too- it came up unknown and rang back to a busy signal. Pretty much proved that it's a scam along with the broken English used in the call. Beware of this number which may also show up as unknown!!!

These people have been calling me for the past 4 months and I'm sick of it....I'm going to try to take them to court and have real police come bang down there doors and send them back to their s*** hole country that they came from

This is the 5th type of call I've received, from the 5th different company.  If you find the number listed on a site like this 99% of the time it is a fraud.  Some advice from personal experience:  
1.  DON"T panic.  
2.  Ask for the documentation in writing!  They will almost certainly either not answer you, threaten to take you to court or send you to prison (which I learned is ILLEGAL).  Don't panic.  
3.  Try not to confirm any of your information.  Confirming it only gives them power to actually steal your identity.  
4.  If you borrowed money from a payday loan company (which is how this garbage started for me), the company may have sold your information.  Check to see what country the loan company is from and check the "mother" company.  
5. If you are here reading this, report it.  It may just help to stop the nonesense.    
6. Remember if you are here, you are NOT alone.  Others have  been victims of this too.

Its a fraud thing, do not call them back, or if you do ask for it in writing, they get our info from applications on line most likly from apayday loan. They are fraud!!!
