Received a call from James Taylor saying he is 24sevenwindowssupport wanted to protect my computer from hackers. PLEASE  DO NOT ACCEPT ANTHING FROM THIS GUY AND DO NOT GUVE OUT ANY INFORMATION,  IT IS FRAUD TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

Got a call from windows let him into my unit then he tells me the charge I ask him near the first if there would be a charge he said no. Then near the time I cut him off it was 199. A year.

We received a call from this number.  I called back, the number is a fraud. This is his website. http://webkreatives.com/contact_us.php I told him to remove our number and he said he will now put it on the internet. So what does that mean? Is he is going to sell to everyone, just like he bought it from someone else. He needs to be shut down, he is big time trouble.

Keeps calling about computer

a guy named Alex is saying he is from Microsoft and wants to protect my lap top from intruders - 4 people trying to hack in he said...he has called before and the bottom line is that he wanted money sent to him in Europe.  PLEASE DON'T ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY....he threatened to turn off my computer and lock.  Then told me F*** Off at the end when I didn't want to speak to him anymore.

He said it wasn't a SCAM....my brother in law in a high tech executive and said Microsoft would never call someone individually to say a computer is at huge risk.
I asked where is he calling from, said Canada, Ontario....asked what City and he said Florida....blah, blah
