Same thing here. funny thing is i was in florida to testify as a witness in federal court against a facility in hileah. I was there on buisness and never left the hotel.

I got several calls from this number. They stated that there was a lawsuit against me and that I would be arrested tomorrow. When he finally told me who placed the lawsuit against me I questioned he hung up.

Message stated that I am under investigation and they needed my social security #.
I asked a series of validation question and the caller stated " F_ _ _ You " and hung up?

I received a call this morning from this number and they told me there was a law suit filed against me. I couldn't understand them because they were all foreign. They said hold on and went to transfer me to the supervisor. I was on hold for 2 minutes and then just hung up. The guy called me back and started arguing with me because I hung up on him. When I told him that I thought it was fraud, he said he was transferring me to his attorney. His attorney answered and I told them that I believed they were fraud and that they were probably in Africa somewhere trying to get my information. That didn't go over well with him. He said that he's not in Africa, that he's in FL and that he promises me that I'll be arrested in two hours. I hung up on him. I think I made him mad because I called him out.

I received a hassing call stating that I will be arrested tomorrow, that I was involved in an online fraud, that I stole money and when i started to question them they hung up! My husband called them from his phone and when he syarted to question them, they hung up!

Me too.... he said his name was Eric Foster....then he said his name was Jason O'connor...I was also going to be arrested ...He was from the state investigation office...

ME TOO! its a faded staticy voice saying somethign about my employer, my last four digits of my social and that i will be arrested if i dont call them back!! i am assuming it is from one of my unpaid bills but they did not identify
