this call told us we owed money for a doctor bill for our daughter. very strong middle eastern accent. no we don't owe any money for our daughter on a doctor bill.

I also receive call from this number stating that I have several payday loan against my name, I have paid this person some money, becuse he stated that if I don't pay I will go to jail and possible lose my job, I hope that someone can catch this person and put him under the jail.

The same thing happen to me the person had all my information. totally is not good.

I have been getting these calls almost for three days telling me my fico score will be going down if I don't pay this bill.  The same thing happened to by son last year.  I finally blocked the number.  Can someone stop these people!!! I an not prejudice but I hate talking to Indian men now.  This is just not right,

There is no "office". Their numbers are being spoofed VIA VOIP to make it appear the calls are coming from within the US--when they are actually coming from India, where this criminal extortion scam operates from. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just got a call from this guy William Smith. So everyone knows I have run into this before. Collection agencies are not allowed to threaten you in any way. They are also not able to mis-represent themsevles by claiming to be an attorney or a federal agency. If you hire an attorney you can sue them and win. I had a collector for a gym membership (That I cancelled years ago) call me and say I still owed money. He called me a dead beat. I sued, won $2,500.00 (The debt he claimed was $200) And I also got the debt he claimed whiped away. This guy William just called and left me a voicemail claiming to be from the Federal Trade Commission (Which now makes this a federal crime) and claiming that I owed money (which I don't) and that I am going to jail for 8 months and losing my job. This voicemail is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Act. If you get a call from this guy record it or write down the entire conversation. Be civil don't yell and then call an attorney. Get all his information as far as where his office is, name, phone and send that to your attorney. You could get some money from them.

This man said his name is James Watson and he was rude and said he was arresting me on Monday. I didn't even get a chance to find out why he was calling me.

They are trying the same with me.  Will call 15 times a day, same thing strong Indian accent says he is from the State Investigation department and that I will be arrested, this started happening to me after I applied for a loan.  And no government official calls from a cell phone for official business.  I knew I had done nothing wrong, but they scared me anyways.

these people do talk unruley and treaten arrest and harasment and arrest, however they can only obtain you information fron a payday loan company. These people are hired by payday loan companies to call you with these threats in hopes they will recover their money back that was loaned. since these are non-secured loans this and reporting to credit agenceys is the only hope they have to get money returned to them from loans unsatisfied.

Got several calls from a couple of numbers stating I had a lawsuit against me. Was even bothered at work. Finally looked up number and saw this website.  Just wish I could get it to stop calling and harassing me. I now tell them I was informed by my attorney to not talk to them. Talk to my attorney.

For the past few days I've been getting calls from this Eric Foster (Gosh, that name doesn't sound nearly as ethnic as his voice!) who claims a lawsuit has been filed against my SSN and that if I don't call him back it will be sent to my employer to show how fraudulent I am.  The company he supposedly calls from changes its difficult-to-hear-clearly name every time, but this last time I think it was the State Department. hahahahaha.  If anyone really filed a lawsuit against me, they would serve the papers, not send the sheriff to arrest me like he is threatening.  Besides, I haven't done anything to be sued for.

Oh, by the way, I got a similar voice mail on my phone, sounds like the same guy, but it's from a different phone number - 415-866-5792.  Watch out for that number too.

Wow these people just called me. I caught them in the act right way. I am in touch with the Monroe county DA and he assures me they are pursuing this as a legal attack/ scam. And will do all they can to stop this harassment. The attorney General of Florida is aware as well.

I got a call and they left me a messages in which it was hard for me to understand. Need less to say, the assistant hands me over to the lawyer and he starts rambling off asking me for 300, then 156, then 300 again or else I'm getting arrested in the front of my house at 10am. This is a bunch of nonsense!!! I was told that I probably and it was for damn sure I forgot to pay. When I asked him who his client was he refused to say it. But then, when I told him I was going to investigate w my bank, then he panicked and said that maybe even my own bank wouldn't know who he's talking about. That he notices that I'm going to run away from this and that he's going to proceed with his legal matters as requested. Advance Cash America??? Anderson Law offices in Florida??? I even looked his name up and Eric Foster's name, and nothing to do with paralegal matters. This is all a scam.

The man has been calling me for the last two weeks giving me options to pay them back..I told him send me the money and I will send it right back to him...the same fruad that he is going to send me I will send right back exactly how he sent it...He send tey already sent it I told him when I get it he will to...I told him expect to see me in court cause I have already made a police report...I have also changed my number's twice and they keep getting it some how

These are some of the most foul mouthed people! They are calling my grandsons phone now. I told them I was going to report them to the police and they (Patrick) started in with the "No police, please no police". The last time, I called them back (several times) and asked them how they liked being harrassed.

I called this number back, and he said that I could be arrested from my home. And he asked if that was the correct address and I told him that I wasn't giving him that information. Then, I told him that I knew that this was scam, and he hung up on me, and directed all my calls to voicemail. I HAVE NEVER applied for a loan. I think that what they're doing is insane. And I saved his voicemail, you guys should too. I think that there should be something that we could do about this. Oh, I left them a voicemail telling them that if they wanted to sue me then they can go right ahead, and I also challenged them to arrest me. Oh and when I called back, he asked my name, and I said it. And he acted like we were the best of friends. This IS harassment, because they are making threats. Any lawyer would know that. And also, the guy that answered had a really thick accent.

I just got the call this morning and I made a report with my local Sheriffs department made a complaint gave them the number and told them about yall at this website. They had my infoormation and SS number i never told them what it was i just said im not giving out any info so if they ask hang up and make a report

I just got a call from this number as well saying i'm going to end up behind bars. He even listed off my social security number and that worries me. He had a very strong indian accent.

They keep harrassing me about a loan I never took out and threating to call the police in my home town. They have indian accents. And they use names such as jason miller.adam smith or jason oconner. Dont give them any info!!

I have been getting calls from these numbers for months. when I get it stopped on one number they start calling again with a different number. My employer even had to have these numbers blocked the company phone. I don't understand how they can't get caught. It is absolute bull SH** that We keep getting hurrassed for bills we don't even owe.

The main thing is that if they HAVE your information, they obtained it by either buying it or they stole it. This is how easy your info is obtained by crooks. Here is the hook: they need your authorization to get into your bank account. If they wanted money from you without the B.S. crap about the phony lawsuit against your ssn#, or sending cops to your home to arrest you (to date: I have never heard of being incarcerated for owing money to anyone!) They have to go through the normal due-process. They know this but do not care! They will threaten you with it (excuse me while I chuckle!). These clowns are counting on you being dumb enough to give them what they want. They use bogus threats to get you to give your authorization. You see, if they try to get $$$ out of your account without it, it will leave a trail all the way to their bank account and to them! They are not stupid, they have been doing this for YEARS to people.


Rest easy, and have fun with these clowns! I DID! I have screwed with them by pretending to be an attorney and I have given them bogus account numbers to the First National Bank of BlowMe, California. Of COURSE they gave their last threat by "see you in court", or "May your God be merciful on you, we won't!" (insert another chuckle here!) I have been getting these calls for months from these guys. One thing you HAVE to give them credit for, they are persistent little s*#ts! I once got beligerant right back with them and we had a shoutfest that ended in them hanging up. They called back later that night and used a different number and another phony company name. They leave voicemails, but I am now growing tired of them and just don't answer or return their bogus threat calls.
