same thing here Kevin Foster called my cell phone and said all that above but never said an amount I owed said wait for paperwork......how does he know where I live.....

Caller kevin foster officer from irs.  call him a dumbass. its funny.  he flips out.  definitley not a federal officer.  whwnever i get someone saying their from somewhere important i always call them a dumbass to see the reaction.  they tend to stop calling.  unless their really of impotance.  then they laugh when i tell em why i do that.

I received a call today, the foreign accent tried to tell me I falsely submitted my taxes and I was being investigated for fraud with the IRS.  I told him I had an accountant and I'd wait for the IRS to contact me via mail.  I went to the police station and filed a report on the off chance my identity is stolen by these A$$-oles!

Officer Kevin Foster/Faulkner must be on the prowl.  I have to admit, he had me at first - but when I could not understand anything he said and I kept asking him to repeat...it deteriorated quickly.  He will see me in court, good luck.  I called back and asked for written documentation - scary thing is he had my address, but not surprising.  My aunt who is an attorney is dying to get ahold of this guy!

I just received a call from an Indian guy who said he was with the IRS and they were charging me with with a tax crime- when i questioned him furthur and asked for paperwork, he hung up

I got a call from this "C**** JOCKEY" as well and the first thing I knew that made it a SCAM was the ACCENT and the HAVE A BLESSED DAY.  When I called back and told "KEVIN" My attorney would like to take the conversation from here,  he hung up on me. I have the number blocked. I didn't call back from the original phone he called so he couldn't trace back.  FRICKEN INDIA C**** JOCKEY TRASH

Caller with Indian accent identified self as David Marshall claimed my cousin owed money to IRS said she would be arrested unless she paid.  I have worked in high levels of the collection world for nearly 20 years and I knew this was a scam immediately.  Told her not to worry.  We are filing complaints with FTC, Attorney General's office for the state of WA and the IRS.  This joker is obviously calling from another country with no worries about being arrested for fraud.  This really cheeses me off since it gives the legitimate function of our industry an undeserved reputation.

I got a message on cellphone from a Sgt. Mike Johnson. You can tell by his voice he is Iranian or Indian. He said I had a warrant for my arrest and it was very serious what I've been involved in. I was to call him immediately. I knew it was a scam because I've never been to Florida or arrested. And I find this odd that it came 3 days after I got a letter from the IRS that I was getting a REFUND for $7,119.84 when I'm on widows benefits and didn't even file. I called IRS found out mine and another person named on this letter are victims of identity theft.

Called and left a message saying his name was Officer Kevin Foster from IRS and that I should have my lawyer call him back and if we don't call him back, they'd take legal actions against us. I found it weird that they didn't say who they were calling for - three people live here- and when I called back they kept asking my name. I told them that they called me, so clearly they have my information, that they should have my name on file. Finally, he gave my dad's name, which is the name the phone is registered under. Sounds very much like a scam.

Received a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming to be an IRS agent named Mike Johnson.  He claimed that I was named in a case they were filing. This is obviously a scam.

I received a call today from an Officer Mike Johnson from the IRS he left me a message on my cell phone.
He said I was listed as a primary subject in a case by the IRS I need to call him back immediately. At 786-398-9367. He sounds like the same guy who I have spoken to before from a number in Washington about 3 weeks ago.I told him not to call me again. I knew he was a scam artist and I had every intention to report him to the FTC. I did file a complaint.

I had a voice mail message from an " Officer Kevin Foster" from the " IRS"   stating that I have been listed as a primary subject in a case against my name. He asked for myself or my attorney to call back. The man did not speak good English and had an Indian accent. He should be punished for his little game of calling people and impersonating the IRS. Hopefully older people do not believe his stupid phone call.

This "officer" with the IRS and a thick Indian Accent called and left this number to call him back on.  Stating that I was a suspect in an IRS Case and that I needed to call immediately.  He left this message everyday for the last week.  I called the number (before I checked on here) and received a message that the magic jack customer was unavailable.  So glad I checked on here before I stressed too much.

He called himself by the last name smith,  He was from India by the accent.  Kept calling could barely understand the message he left and I listened to it several times.  He called again and I answered and just laid the phone down and he kept hanging up and calling back.  I continued the same thing and he finally quit calling after 6 calls.

Received a voice message from "Officer John Smith" from "IRS" saying my wife is under indictment for tax evasion and that she or her lawyer must call him back asap.  The accent and pronunciation were hilarious!  Reminded me of the holdup note in Woody Allen's "Bananas":  "Give me all your money.  I have a Gub."

rec'd call from this number making threats. stating my husband owes them money.

"Officer Kevin Foster" left this number in a voice message and stated I owed the IRS money and that there was a lawsuit against me. I knew it was a fraud when he said have a blessed day. No one from the IRS would say that.

Recording of a Gentleman with an indian accent telling me to call 785-398-7867 telling me the IRS is filing charges against me, if I don't respond to this call.  IRS doesn't have my cell phone #  Of course  I am not responding and blocking this call

Officer Kevin F...(Indian accent) left a voice mail saying that he was from the IRS and he wanted me  to call him back.  At the end of the message, he said "have a blessed day"  He called a second time and left another message. He called another time and my husband told him that he would call the police if he continues to call. Officer Kevin disconnected the call.

this 786-398-9367 kevin a-hole has got to be shut down.  Obama f'ing IRS can you do anything to stop this crap or are you too busy investigating the tea party??

Okay so this guy called our homephone saying he was from the IRS claiming someone made a claim in our name and we need to call before he takes any legal action against us, honestly we believed it at first but when he ended the call with, "have a blessed day" we knew it was fake. Everyone please report this Dude here and to the authorities so he doesn't do anymore damage than he must've already created.

My mom received a call yesterday from this KEVIN FOSTER. He said he was a investigator with the IRS and my mom would receive a summons in the morning and if she wasn't there to receive it, she would be locked up for 90 days.    He said she owed $3213 dollars to the IRS and she had two options (1) to resolve the issue through an OIC (OFFER IN COMPROMISE).  OR (2) Be home the next morning to receive a summons and take it to court, but she would most likely be convicted of tax fraud, as the IRS had substantial proof.  
What a nerve wrecking call this was. I took the call for my mom and I wrote all this information down, bc the man sounded fairly official. I agreed for my mom to do the OIC, and he kept asking when I could pay.  I told him to give me the address to where I would pay it, and he wouldn't.  He kept making me say that we agree and she would resolve it with an OIC and he made me give him an amount that would be paid.  Well, he kept saying he would go to the "higher authority" to check if they would accept the money we would put down.  While he did this, I gave my mom the phone and went on another phone and called his number.  His voicemail was very unofficial.  Then I called my local police department and they told me to hang up on the guy; that this is a scam aimed towards older people.  Lucky for us, we didn't get scammed, but we almost did because it sounded so official. And even with knowing that you're not guilty of something, the guy made it sound like you were. He even listed all the charges - Count 1 , 2, 3, 4 under what would be considered Tax Fraud.  

Person calling from 786-398-9367 called me and left a message stating he was "Officer Kevin Falkner"... he said he was a special IRS agent.  

I called him he said I needed a criminal lawyer, as the IRS had sent two notices to my home address, both of which had been returned to the office in Miami FL.  An agent would be coming to serve me papers allegedly between 3-4 p EST today.  

I called my local police department and the dispatcher assured me that this was a scam, but if someone did knock at the front door today, call 911 and an officer would be at my house within minutes (I live minutes from the PD).
