I would report it to the FCC. If you have a major telcom carrier as your cell phone carrier(AT&T, Verizon, etc) I checked Walmart's site and found a link to where you can report it. You would have to forward the text message to SPAM(7726) and there would be a reply back asking for the number from the text message. I guess Walmart has been getting complaints and reports about this too. I don't know how they get it but I am very careful with who and where I give my phone number out to. Also don't try to unsubscribe from the text's website.

I got the same text. It seems like in the last
Month cell phone texts & phone calls have
skyrocketed! I'm on the NO CALL LIST !! I
don't think there is much enforcement....
