Just called me.  Heavy Indian accent.  Said he was from the FBI.  I told him don't call again and hung up.

This person who claims to be " Officer John Brown " from Miami Florida called me saying a loan company has made a lawsuit against me for not paying a loan "i never made "  and they are willing to settle out of court ! he has called me  61 times within 5hrs of a day, he calls at 3am and keeps calling...i was afraid not knowing wat to do, so i sent the first payment of 50.00$ and found this website on all that he does illegally ! How can i get this person to stop, i have not confirmed the payment with the MTCN number of Western Union with him...please help me ! what can i do ?

somebody have any suggestions Im pregnant and dont need this stress and threatening to arrest is against fair debt laws.

called my phone three times in ten min. said they are in miami and with federal invertigations, i will be arrested if i dont pa\y money

same thing with me, called me today John Brown and not to dismiss his message. Said federal investigation. Not planning on calling back this isnt the first one trying this and since I fell for one and 1268 dollars they love my number

Got a call and messages from this number threatening to take me to court/jail/call my employer

I google the number and it says it is a cell phone too, and he told me he was in his office ready to fax the paperwork to lawyer.  the google map showed a street parking lot.

i got a phone call from this number too and he said his name was John Brown but he had a strong Indian Accent (what an american name for someone who is not) he spoke very slow.   I asked which company was filing a complaint against me and he said B &G- Bahamas marketing groups and he stated this company does payday loans for 240 different compaines. I asked for my case number so i could contact my attornity and he said (he has not download my case yet so he was not able to give me a case number.). I asked if he had my mailing address and he said Yes, i told him to send me this notice in writing so I could talk to my attonery regarding this issue and he said i can not send you anything in writing i would lose my Job.  i knew it was a scam right from the start but that was the icing on the cake.  i hung up on him......  but before i did i gave him my attornery info and advise he could contact him regarding any other issues. if someone is taking legal action against you they have to send you something in writing.  It is funny, he sounded like the same people who tried to scam me back in Decmeber i think they keep changing there numbers.

this officer call my house and told my sister that i was in trouble and to call officer jack smith and mattew oneal or that i would go to jail this is a scam

My PARENTS got a call from this number, asking for me. (I haven't lived there in over 9 years) The caller said his name was "Jack Smith", and he was a Federal Investigator. He told them that if I didn't call back within 30 minutes, that I would be arrested.

What a crock of s***. So my parents called me, let me know, I told them relax, it was a scam, and then I called him back at 786-441-9532.

He answered the phone "Legal Department", I asked what Company/Entity this "Legal Department" belonged to, and he would not answer me. He kept asking for my full name, which I did not give. I confronted him, and accused him of running a scam, and he pretended not to hear/understand me.

By the way, this "Legal Department" was in a parking lot. Literally. He was talking to me from a parking lot.

I recvd a message this morning from a guy saying he is from a legal departmnt and classifying himself as an officer. I don't call back immediately I am in a huge mess and I will be arrested. He told me to call this phone #, so I called this number back and this number is not in service.

I REC A CALL FROM THIS PERSON ALSO, THE THING IS I GOT MY CELL NUMBER CHANGE AND THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME PASSING MY NUMBER ALONG TO EACH OTHER. MY LAWYER SAID NOT TO PAY BECAUSE NO COLLECTER WITH MAKE DAMANDS SAYING YOU WILL BE ARREST IF YOU DONT PAY

This person said he was a detictive and that I was going to be arrested in 45 minutes of the phone call if I did not pay $510.00 or make payment arrangement with them. So I searched their number and it brought me here. They said I had an outstanding loan from a web site.....
