This man is still making these calls.  I have not applied for loans in over a year but still getting phone calls. He is now representing himself as GE Capital Bank.  Funny thing is GE is a legitimate credit company and wouldn't be making these types of calls.  

You are approved for 10,000 dollars. I spoke to him a couple of times and he wanted me to load 295.00 on a green dot
card and I never did because I figured it was a scam. I was told that his office is in Chicago, IL and I did a number search
and it is of course not so I reported him  He said he was from e-loan finance.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Same guy called me and I end up sending 300.00 and never get the money. Does anyone know how to prosecute him I need my money back

Just got a call from a male, saying i have been approoved for a loan from 3,5,7 and 10,000 dollars, he gave me a phone number to call, telling me the supervisor name being Michael Jones, and adamently. Telling me to call this Guy " Right Now". I then hung up the phone and did a phone number search, and turns our Mr. MICHAEL JONES has Been reported before. Also the male who first calls you sounds like he's from India or pacistan
