l/24/2013 2:55 PM:  Received another telephone call on my house phone and cell phone within minutes of each other.  I returned the telephone call to "Javier". First of all, I DO NOT know anyone by the name of "Crystal" or anyone by the name of "Winterbottom". I do not owe anyone any money and do not have bad credit. I demanded that my numbers be removed immediately from their system. I told him that I already had the Complaint Forms for the Florida Attorney General of the State of Florida and that he/they are hereby notified that I will be filing a Complaint against Kendall Credit and Business Service, Inc. To add to the prior posting about the company, here are the officers as filed as public records with www.sunbiz.org in Tallahassee, Florida: Brian E Keeley, President; Wendy Greenleaf, V; Karen Godfrey, V-P, Ralph E Lawson, ST, all at 6855 Red Road, Suite 600, Coral Gables, Florida 33143. There are various telephone numbers for this company, i.e.786-594-6660, 786-594-6688, 786-662-7025. Karen Godfrey as VP on 02/03/2012 signed the 2012 For Profit Corporation Annual Report.

01/16/2013, 3:33PM:  Telephone calls to my cell phone and residential phone from 786-594-6650 are coming by someone that "hangs up". When researching this number and the company that it belongs to results in the following PUBLIC information: www.sunbiz.org, State of Florida (where corporations register to do business within the State of Florida) reveals this: Kendall Credit & Business Service, 8500 SW 117 Rd, 5th Floor, Miami, Florida 33183. Since this information is Public Record with the Secretary of State, Tallahassee, Florida, the Registered Agent for this company is David Reece Friedman (Fl Bar #134074), 6855 Red Road, Suite 500, Coral Gables, Florida 33143. There is the Fair Debt Collection Practice (FDCPA) which governs privacy violations. There is also the Florida Attorney General to report these calls to.  Have an attorney send a cease and desist letter.  Good luck everyone. Hope this helps.

I am getting at least two calls a day to my cell and then they drop.  It all started two months ago when they tried to get personal information regarding a bill in collection from Doctors' Hospital. I asked then to mail me a detail bill since I never received one from Doctor's Hospital.  How can I be in collection when no one ever tried to collect from me.  These people must have a connection to these local hospitals and they find out when ever you have had a procedure.  I contacted the hospital and there is no balance due from my surgery back in March of this year, but the calls keep coming!  I don't know what to do next.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND HARRASSING PERSON BY THE NAME OF MARLON - DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ANY FACTS, NAMES, DATES, PROCEDURES, AMOUNTS OWED, STRAIGHT.  WHY PLACE AN ACCOUNT ALREADY MAKING PAYMENTS STRAIGHT TO THE PROVIDER WITH A COLLECTION AGENCY OF THIS KIND.  I AM REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CREDIT BUREAUS.

CALL AND THEN MACHINE PUT ON HOLD   SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, ALSO OTHER NUMBERS I BELIEVE ALL ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CALLER, BEGINNING ABOUT 8:00 AM TO 9:00 PM. 786-594-6650, ALSO FROM OTHER AREA CODES; 941, 240,  703, 301, 415, 786, NON REGISTERED, UNKNOWN.

Tired of getting these dumbass calls. How can I make them stop?

There was a message left on my cell phone asking for me by first and last name.  It asked that if they had reached the wrong person for the recipient to call back to get their name taken off the call list.  Then the recording stated it was going to give out personal information and for anyone who shouldn't be listening to hang up (there was never any personal information given).  In the end it stated that this was regarding a credit matter and the call ended.

They have called in the past and asked for someone who does not live there. Other times they get the machine and hang up (which would be considered harassment, as they did not leave a message). I have traced it in the past and I also blocked every number they have called from.

Caller, "Mr. Gonzalez," asked for Michael Brown. I responded that no MB is associated with the number he has reached. Is this -------- (telephone number)? I responded that I do not give out my number. He was  argumentative, rude, called my cell # first, and then house #, so obviously, someone has used our numbers for some type of debt and KCBS is a debt collection service.

Mr. Gonzalez said he would continue to call unless and until I verified my number and did so in a threatening manner.

I recorded the call and am contacting appropriate authorities if such exist, for harassing phone calls.

2-23-09 7:41pm: Asked for me (first name only); then asked for my daughter (first name only); when she answered the phone, they hung up.

They called my home number and my cell phone, caller ID shows: "KCBS" who are these people? does anybody know ?
