David called and said that I owed money and that I need to give him my lawyers name.  I asked for his number and he gave me 786-375-9110.  I then hung up on him.  I called the number back and "ROCKS MURPHY" answered and said it was Anderson Law Firm.  The man sounded exactly like "DAVID BENTLY".  Interesting.

I got scammed by a guy name mikee who had me load money on a greendot money pak car $600 to make more which was a,scamm and i want,him punished it should be a way to track his transactions transfering my money to his account it should be tracked his out of town number is a Michigan number but he say he in Texas  his number is 586)879-1140 A Michigan number

Got a call from Andrew Johnson claiming to be working at FNB bank in South Africa.He asked me to send 500 US dollars to release my price of 500.000 US dollars..

Caller is from  Anderson law firm (Debt Collector)

Got a call that was left on voice mail at work from a guy who can't speak Engligh.  Stated that they have my Social Security number and that it is very important to call back to avoid legal action.  Definately scammers----best part, 3 messages were left on my work voice mail and I work in a hospital!  He stated that he was from the Anderson Law Firm

I RECIEVED CALLS FROM THIS SAME NUMBER AND THEY WERE USING CELEBRITY NAMES LIKE CHRIS BROWN...JEFF HARDY....ETC....I ASKED THEM SO WHO AM I SPEAKING TOO AND THEY REPLIED "IM YO DADDY B!@#$" AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!....I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM BACK FOR HOURS AND THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME. THEY ARE JUST A SCAM!!!!....MAYBE IF THEY SPOKE ENGLISH I MIGHT HAVE FELL FOR IT.....NOPE!!!..LMAO

I've been getting calls from these *)_^$@%^ for about 6 months now. Turns out the number is a Voip number in Miami Florida. You've got to give them something because I've thrown a vocabulary of curses gained from 23 years in the Army at them and still they call back once or twice a month. Always the "Anderson Law Firm" and yes it is a SCAM. I had a friend, an older gentleman, that they almost scared out of his wits. So much in fact that he paid them. Thankfully he used a Visa Debit card and was able to dispute the charge and get his money back, but it was a hassle. If any of you can help me find these "people" I will gladly drive down and give someone a pop in the nose although popping a cap in their behind would be more gratifying.

I received a call from Andrew Johnson at the end of last month saying I owe money to Cash Advance for a payday loan which i never took out with them. I told him that and said to stop calling. He went on about how I would be arrested. I hung up on him. Last night when I got home there was a message on my machine stating that I had better call back or else. When I called they answered it Anderson Law Firm. I asked for Andrew Johnson who just happen to answer the the phone I told him to stop calling and that I reported him to the FTC,
he teh started calling me a M*F*B*tch. Someone needs to do something about this. When I got to work this morning there was a message on the machine lucky for me that I'm the first one in

Also just got a call from this number at my office saying that they had legal action to be taken against me.  I askd him what my last name was and he gave a different last name. He said the police would arrest me, I hung up on him.

this number called me at work. luckily a friend of mine took the message or i would have been fired. now this number is calling my house. this needs to stop. i believe that i will have my number changed.

These guys just don't stop, they call every week and threaten me. I don't answer always leaving me a voice mail. This has been going on for 2 years. Scam scam scam, don't answer the call they are scam artist.

He started calling me today and has even called my job and threatened to keep calling if I didnt pay.  He has a thick accent and will not disclose his company.

I have recieved numerous threating calls from this number. I took it serious because i had taken out a payday loan, thank goodness i havent sent them any money! They told me they were calling from Anderson Law Firm in Miami Florida and i would pay 3000.00 in fees, that i would go to court in my county and be charged for check fraud if i didnt settle with them for 510.00. They told me to go to Rite-Aid and get a Green Dot Express card to send my first payment of 100.00. The rude man told me to call back in the evening and leave the 14 digit card number on the answering machine and they would call me back the next day at 10:00 to confirm they recieved payment. Thank you for the information on these scammers!

These jokers called me telling them I had a payday loan that i never paid. Would not provide me with any proof and said police were coming for me. I told him he was a scam. He called me 23 times. The last call he admitted to being a scam, said he is calling because he is in love with me and asked I sing him a song....WTF? . He also states this is the only way for him to make money was to scam and would not call me anymore. I work for a law firm and know my rights. This mn just broke about 10 laws. Once I advised him of that he did finally hang up. Has not called back in 30 min.

I just received a call threatening legal action against me from a foreigner. I ignored the call, this sounds like a scam. The name of the person is Andrew Johnson. He has an indian accent

I have revived a call from "Andrew Johnson" he stated in his Indian accent that my husband owes cash advance america money for an outstanding loan. I told him that we have never dealt with cash advance america and if he trying to scam me don't bother. He then proceeded to call me a stupid bi*** and to s*** his*****. I even made a call to cash advance america and they don't even give loans out to people in NJ.

I just got another threatening call from anderson law firm.  They threatened to arrest me via voicemail. Im not going to call back.

Yep getting calls from this number..Indian man left two voice messages..sayin he from a law firm..that i needed to contact him or let the situation unfold n good luck to me..that he has my soc sec number n address..n someone from law firm will come here n to my place of employment...blockin these calls n reporting to whomever i can find..Scambook checks on these incidents if anyone wants to post their complaints there.

hi i also fell for this because they call my cellphone and then my job. i spoke to the guy who sounded like he was from india they got me for $410.00. At first i was very nervous because i did owe a loan company but, they never sent me any type of letters in the mail. He had the last four dights to my ssn and email address. after that i paid with a GREENDOT MONEY PAK. And this is how they get your money.Because once you buy it theres no refund , and they dont cover fraud. and when its gone its gone. i will not fall for this again. I even asked for a email conformation and never got one.

Keep getting calls from 786-600-1009 stating there is a legal case against me big time scam something needs to be done with these people con artist.

this caller calls 10 times a day for last 2 weeks like everyone else the calls are very threatening the   ftc
and secret service indicted mr patel the ring leader aug 12 but it seems to do no good

they called and said a cash advance company stated i was comitting fraud and they wanted to talk to my lawyer SCAM!!!!!!

This is a hacker, they will hack your bank account, credit card, everything. Do NOT answer any calls from them. Do NOT apply for any type of credit card or loan online, that is how they are getting your information.

I found out the area code for 786 is dade count florida and they also nhad a number 916 which is associated with nothern california, I told them theyy better watch it since we can sue for harrassment, internet hacking and I am sure there is a charge going from state to another state, I am in Missouri

I was told they are internet hackers watch your bank and credit cards

been calling me 4 days told me the police were going to come to my house can't speak english very well also wanted my attorney's name told them to keep leaving messages as I was building a case against them, was told they are internet hackers!
