They just called us 2 seconds ago!

Yeah, you bet that I'm calling Level 3 LLC and reporting them tomorrow morning with the dates, times, etc...of the calls. It's SUNDAY(first time for us ever, a Sunday?) and I'm tired of these people! I've looked up every number or spoofed # that has called using VOIP services through Level 3 LLC. They need to either do something about their "customers" who are using these VOIP services to harass and scam people or be held responsible for allowing them to do this to people. This is ridiculous for this to be going on with the number of the complaints from these #'s!  

If they continue to harass us from this #, I WILL seek legal action-Enough is Enough already!

This # called us today, no message was left on the VM.

Just got a call from them, first one ever. Didn't pick up the phone but I did notice that they didn't wait till my phone stopped ringing to give up. And no voicemail pending either.

They keep calling and won't leave a message and won't tell me who they are

I got a call from this number.  They asked for my by name and said they were calling from my health insurance company.  The number that came up was 6122354119 but a second number came up on caller id, 8012149297.  I told the person that I knew they were calling from a spoofed number and I was going to call the police.  They hung up.

Got a call from this number just now as well. I didn't pick up of course; I make it a policy to never pick up numbers I don't recognize or isn't in my list. Decided to google it and found this.
Didn't leave a voicemail, so it's of no consequence nor do I really care. (Cared enough to just post this update though)

Either way, it's somewhat of a local number.  

I received a call from 612-235-4199 and a man who identified himself as "Louis Mercado" said he works for "Car Research" or "Call Research" ? although, when I called back a recording identified the company as "Venture Data Call Research".

He said they were conducting a survey in Minnesota about political issues, and after I told him what county I live in, he said "Okay, those are all the questions I have, thank you very much for your time" and abruptly hung up without giving me an opportunity to ask to be placed on their do not call list ? rude! Although, it looks like their website has a do not call list request form.

Get calls, ignore them BUT I send them to Google Voice, a free service that I don't need to answer. Google voice number is the only number I give to businesses, then I can screen them when I feel like it.

Same thing, phone rings, but does not leave a message. Is this harassment?

On another web site there are multiple reports that the caller asked them to complete a survey.

(612) 235-4199 is a company that does surveys about customer satisfaction.

When they called me, it was a long survey about my Health insurance company.

This is what I have been doing with these types of calls - I set it up so it will auto forward to another telemarketer phone #

Well glad I'm not alone on this one. If its important leave a message or something. Seriously. WHAT'S THE POINT?

Completely obnoxious. They call both my home phone and my cellphone. I don't answer but someone I know did and they didn't respond so they hung up. They need to stop calling!!!

Answered the call today because it was a local number for me. Anyways, she talked very softly and from what I could here she said she was conducting a confidential survery in my area.  I told her no thank you and she just said ok thank you . She called from 612-235-4199

This number has been calling us about once a week, but we never pick up the phone from unidentified callers.  So, you're wasting your time, jerk!

I am getting calls every night about the same time from that number and no message is ever left.

They claim they aren't selling anything and that they do not abide by ANY Do Not Call lists. He was very beligerent when I told him that I will not take part in whatever he's trying to call about and stated like the law doesn't apply to him.

Anyone knows who this is?

This same number keeps calling my un-listed land line.  Never leaves a message and will not respond when I answer the phone,

I was wondering the same thing being i got 2 missed calls from them last Satuday and no voicemail was left either time.  I sent a text back to the # asking "do I know you" and it turned out to be a landline.  No calls since then.
