I kept getting calls from 503-784-7696, I told them to stop calling to no avail. I then answered this time and said I was in the middle of something but was there a number I could call them back and they gave this number 786-600-1685. They say they are someone from Microsoft support and even had my name but spoke very broken english. After reading above and what was on the other TN this is a scam, but I don't know how to get them to stop calling. The person that called now was James Fernandez.

Rec'vd call franticly telling me my computer was about to crash.  Had a hard time understanding them.  They convinced me I needed to buy "Anti-Virus (Compatable Windows 8) licensed key for $59, firewall protection for $45 and SSL (Secure Socket Layer (Lifetime) which my computer tech never heard of. I'm afraid I fell for a scam - only time will tell - but I did copy all correspondence just in case I need it later. Hope I learned a lesson.
They identified themselves as "Instant-Tech Support".

This low life is hitting all over!!!! I work for a business in a suburb of Chicago and he tried to scam us today with his Microsoft crap just like he did to the rest of you.  At first he said his name was Trevor. I called back the phone number he gave me and when I asked this poor excuse of a person who I was speaking with, he said his name was John Smith. I told him that two minutes before that when I spoke with him, he gave me a different name, and he just laughed.
Report this phoney and don't answer any of his questions!!!!!!!

They won't leave me alone.  They tell me my computer is sending them messages about a virus eating my hard drive and software.  They even said they had my IP address.  Beware.

Received a call from someone claiming his name as Roy Jacobs at Instant-Tech Support.com claiming I had downloaded viruses and he was with Microsoft contacting me to fix them. This is nothing more than a scam to sell you some crap tech support/anti-virus.
