He's referring to the calls that claim they have an opportunity that will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams...I get them all too often. Ugh.

I just received a call from this number and did answer it.  I am on the Do NOT Call list as well.   This call made by a fellow that claimed they would be in our area tomorrow and would like to stop in to give a "free" estimate of the cost of installing a walk-in or roll-in shower.  

I told him we were able body people and if it came a time when we weren't we would sell our house.  He then said,  we can stop by later in the day if that will work.   Hello????   I'm NOT interested!!!  

Received a call at 1:33 PM from "FL".  Did not answer, no msg left.  Never call the idiot numbers back....I do not answer unknown phone calls.

Telemarketing ratbastards calling to solicit for step in tubs.  Another one added to the call block list.

Called my land line. Caller ID said Wireless Caller. They hung up after a couple rings so answering machine didn't even kick in. Blocked 'em.

I've read about automated systems that call several numbers at once and talk to the first one who answers, while hanging up on the rest. I figure that's why they hung up so soon.

Someone above mentioned always answering their cell phone because they know everyone who has the number. That's no longer the case for me. I'm getting calls just because they're dialing every possible combination of numbers in my area. I have 2 cell phones, and the second is only used for outgoing calls. Sometimes calls from the same number come in on my land line, then the cell phones, one after the other. Pretty soon unlimited call blocking will be required as a standard feature with all phones.

April 3 and they haven't given up or been stopped.  :-(

Answer the call on speaker, put on a old Barbra Streisand record, turn up the volume and carry on with your day

Try not answering the device

I just got a call from this number. Did not answer it mostly because the number was not familiar, Caller ID was unavailable, and the "knuckle heads" added 11 to the prefix. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO STOP?

Just got a call from this "wireless caller." We didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Geez don't these scum buckets get it? People don't want these calls, they don't want to be bothered by telemarketers, we block the numbers, we don't answer. What part of NO don't they understand?

The DO NOT CALL list has only opened a can of worms. It is not stopping the telemarketers. It has only served to make it worse. DNC can't stop the scammers. What's worse, we can't report them unless we answer or they leave a message. We will never answer an unknown number and 99% of the time no message is left.

They just called and I didn't answer. I don't know anyone from fl so this number is now blocked! I'm not answering any calls from people that I don't know. I also have a cell phone and I always answer those calls because I know Every. Single. Person. that calls me on my cell phone!

Telemarketers are lazy and need to get a REAL job and quit bothering us! The word is getting out. Don't answer any call that you think might be a telemarketer!

I'm sure that these maroons google their own numbers just to see what people are saying about them. I wonder if they grasp anything from it?

This person was selling step-in bathtubs.  She said they would be on my street this week and would like to bring a brochure to me.  She hung up on me when I began to ask for them to remove my name from their call list.  When I tried to call the number back, it said the person had not yet set up voice mail for this number.

Received a phone call (landline) from this number. Caller ID had a location of Florida. Due to the fact the ignorant moron left no message they had little or no education, or else they are proof and evidence they are inbred brainless s***-for-brains a**-monkey turd rollers because they were unable to speak.

Said they were manufactures of walk-in showers and tubs. I told them I didn't need and they hung up.

They called, no message, wireless call, another scam.

I just a call from this number.  They hung up before the answering device was ready to record.  ANY caller that won't talk to my answering device does NOT want to talk to me.  So I just block the number and go about my business.

getting repeated calls from this number, they refuse to remove my number.
