Picked up the phone, couldn't hear real well, turned up the volume and heard music for over 10 Minutes. I thought they put me on hold.

Calling to sell extended warranty on car

Keeps calling my cell - Totally annoying.  A few times have called twice in less than an hour

recieved call left no message caller id reads jags warranty. i guess they are trying to sell sn extended warranty.

I received a call from this number about a warranty from my vehicle, and to see whats is this about I ask them a few question and the true is I found the best warranty service to my car, I hope don't happen nothing to my car but if he do i know i don't have ay problem now

I receive a few call from this number I don't pickup because I don't answer unknows numbers but like in the 3th time I did and for my surprise I fund the warranty I was looking for my mustang...I think is not so bad give them one chance to this people calling about your warranty

They call me about a warranty from my mini couper, and give that phone to my father and my father take and pay for the warranty, i was just thinking that was dumb but 2 months later my car breakdown and they pay for all the cost and a car rental and towing, they are amazing i don't know how to thank them

they coulnd't remove my name beacuse i hang up so i wait 1 minute and never again i received any calls from them

They call me like 5 times, i ask them to remove my name of the list and I hang up, two days later they call me again and they just tell me

This is not a scam, they are just calling to extend the warranty for your vehicle in a discount rate, is very cheap, and good, just pick up the phone and listen the good coverage you can find for your car

Now i have the best warranty for my 2005 RAM, i love my car i want it protected and know i'm sure  it is... I'm so sorry with this people what don't take this call seriously

GOT A CALL FROM A SPANISH SPEAKING GUY.  THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE GENERAL MOTORS WARRANTY.  AFTER REPEATED QUESTIONS HE ADMITTED THAT HE WAS WORKING FOR A SMALL WARRANTY COMPANY. HE THINKS THE OWNERS NAME IS GINNY!  BUT NOT SURE.
THIS IS A SCAM IF EVER I HEARD ONE.  THE GUY DIDN'T KNOW WHO IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY.  WOULDN'T GIVE THE PHONE #, I HAD TO TAKE IT OFF THE CALLER ID.  WHEN I ASKED WHAT MY VEHICLE ID # WAS HE SAID THEY CANT GIVE IT OUT BECAUSE OF SECURITY REASONS.  WHAT A CROCK..

I never answer phone calls if I don't know who it is, but this number calls me constantly. It is really beginning to make me mad.

Received a call from 786-619-2150 and the caller ID said "JAGS Warranty." Talked with a young man who would not answer any questions then transferred me to Vincent Locascio who gave me his call back number as 877-800-0082. I said I'd like to check them out because there are a lot of unethical companies out there calling on extended auto warranties. He said they sell warranties offered by EFG Companies at www.efgcompanies.com which seems to be legitimate. So I asked him how I could check out his company, not the insurance company, and he told me his company was ACSWG and I could find them at acswg.com, which is a software firm in Kentucy and not affiliated. So while the insurance company may be legit, I doubt the calling company was because they refused to identify themselves.

After asking them to remove me from their list less than 24-hours ago, they called again today. I've filled out an online complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

I've received several calls from this company. They claim to be representatives from "your warranty company" and make it difficult to determine where they are actually calling from. They seem slightly deceitful in the way they word their greeting.

The first time I received the call I simply said I was not interested. I missed a few calls from them between the first and the two I received today. (March 31) I took their call this morning, politely asked them to remove me from their call list and not to call again. The gentleman on the phone said he would do that and I would not receive a call again.

I took another call from them today (March 31) at 3:15pm and requested they remove me and not to call again; the gentleman agreed. If they call again, I will file a complaint with the FCC. http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/policy/telemarketing.html

This number called me and let it ring a couple times and hung up. When I called back I asked to be removed from the list and gave the guy my number. He wanted my last name because "he couldn't find that number in their system". now they are calling me from a private number and calling my work number (I made the mistake of calling from it) and just sitting there without saying anything.

They call me about three times a month.  I never answer.  They never leave a message.  Seen like they also try and hang up before the voicemail comes on - maybe to save money and not waste the call.  I might start answering and hanging up since I have free nationwide and plenty of roll-over minutes.  Let it start costing them, maybe then they'll stop.  I'm also on the DoNotCall registry.  So, how did they get my number???????

Received a quote from them on my car for waranty up to 184,000 miles for $2500, completely knew it was fake. Said they're in Miami and dont have offices anywhere else. Totally Fake.

The company's name is "The Warranty Division" they said the my number was given to them by the dealership where I purchased my card. What I don't understand is that I added my number to the national do not call list.

missed the call and didn't leave a message.  did not try to call back yet.
