Whoever is out there trying to get a payday be aware that even though those payday loan sites tell you that they are secure in reality they are not. Somehow this organization calling themselves "State Attorney Criminal investigation: Fraud Department" are in reality nothing but a scam artist. I have contacted my local authority, my local authority has told me that this scam artist cannot be traced to its origin. I wish they would stop calling my work, and some real criminal agency do something about this.

I keep receiving calls from this number every day, numerous times. Even though I never answer the phone, they continue. It is a number that does not belong to any of my friends or family. I'm tired of deleting the number time after time after time.

786-691-4169 called my work and asked for me. I can not believe they are still calling me and trying to get $ from me. I've had many calls from people with Indian accent who keep telling me that I owe money to them from a loan. I've paid all my loans back and I am still getting these calls. How can we keep from getting scam. These people are scammers.

This same guy called and could barely speak a complete sentence without hesitation,
mistakes, and corrections of his own English. You would think this guy, who never gave
a name, would at least speak clear enough English to make it somewhat believable.
He didn't, and I could barely understand his wonderful Indian accent. I had to play it back
four times just to understand the bloody phone number! What a bloody fool!! This is a SCAM!!
Don't buy it - I didn't!

Received a call today at work - heavy Indian accent - said his name is Barry Cooper (really?) same threats as everyone else. How do these people get your phone number and name? How do you get them to stop?

These people have "American" sounding names but sound middle eastern. They have no idea how the criminal justice system works here and threaten to arrest people who don't pay nonexistent loans. They always ask me to call back on the display number. They aren't legit and they try to scare people. Bunch of scumbags!!!

Same is happening to me. How did you get them to stop? They call my job every two minutes, using different names. American names for that. They threaten me that they are going to have me arrested, sue me for $2000.00.

These people called me 6 times today. The first time, my phone battery went dead and cut them off. The last time, I didn't make it to the phone in time, so I called them back. They gave me my name and SSN and asked if I was still working at my last employer. I told them that I wasn't. They said there was a criminal case downloaded(?) against me. The guy had an Indian accent and said his name was James. I told him to come and pry the money out of my hands and I would put his head on my wall next to my deer heads and my mounted fish. I have none of those things, but I do live in Mississippi and wouldn't mind shooting him.

This number called me and said I had a loan that I was late on and I needed to pay and foolishly I gave them my cc number to pay for the loan as I do with many of my student loans. I immediately noticed that checks in my name were coming out of my bank account to a company in VA. I immediately filed a complaint with the bank, froze my account, and reopened a new account. A few days later the same number began calling me again saying that they were SGT. George Henry and that I was being sued for a loan that I didn't pay. I asked him for his company information and phone number etc... and hung up. The number kept calling back and he asked who my attorney was and said I would need an expensive attorney. THen the number called me at work so many times that the we had to get security involved. The guy eventually stopped calling but have a feeling he will start again soon. What do I do?

I know this is a scam it happened to me before and I almost fell for it. He has a strong accent and now I know it's bullshi*....be careful ppl.

They called me to my direct line at work, it was a man with an indian accent and he kept insisting that I owe a payday loan and that i am facing criminal charges. He hung up and he called again. i picked up the reciever and hung it up again. And then he called again, and i answer by just saying hello and he said " kimberly, why you hang up on me?" i told him b/c i didnt want to talk to him and he needed to stop calling my work. i hung up and he called again. He said he needed to speak w/my manager and i said NO! I told him that if this is supposely at personal matter, why did he need to speak with my manager and he kept going on about the "loan". I got loud with him and demanded he stop calling me and wanted his company information and phone number. when i looked it up, i knew that i wasn't going to be the only one that they were trying to scam. Next time, he's really gonna get it from me!!!!!!

I just received a call from them and EVERYONE in my office answered my phone and i did get harassed and threatened. THEY called eight times. They had not all of my correct information. Sad thing about it this stuff isn't being monitored.
How do they get our personal information?
| Elle 2012-06-20 19:40:56 Unknown |
LOL, I just challenged these people...they were not ready for ME!!!! I acted like I was gonna pay...I told them to give me the company's name and I would contact them concerning this non-existent debt. They refused to give me the information, but provided me with a settlement amount. The sad thing is, there is someone who will actually give them their banking account information in order to pay off this debt that does not exist. WE HAVE TO FIND THESE PEOPLE AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!! They are harrassing American citizens and have to be stopped. These idiots are saying that we can be arrested for a consumer debt....even if the debt existed, we can not be arrested for a consumer debt. Anyway, DEATH to these b*****ds, that's what I told them!!!!!!
| JHM 2012-06-20 16:02:36 Unknown |
Cut this guy off at the knees. Tell your employer that this guy is a scammer and he's trying to RIP YOU OFF by making threats like this that are FAKE.
Information works BOTH ways. Show this site to your employer and let him see how many OTHER people are getting these SAME types of calls from these same IDIOTS. Then he'll know they are LYING about it all.
Besides, they can't put you in jail over not paying a NON-EXISTANT debt.
These scammers are nothing but lying scum calling from Pakistan. Just waiting for an unmanned drone to end their miserable existance one day. We can dream, can't we?

This guy called my cell 3 times and my work 4 times. At one time I had one guy on my desk phone on one ear and another guy on the other ear on my cell. They get your info from applying for payday loans and then call you and tell you you are in trouble and you need to get an attorney, UNLESS...you give them your cc # to pay off the fictitious debt they talk about. People be very aware of who you are giving your cc # to, they will take your $ so fast you won't even know who to call to get it back. I've already been scammed once and last year someone filed my taxes fraudulently. Report these a***oles.
