Received a call from this number and I heard someone speaking and then there was no sound. When I tried calling back, the system responded that this number has been temporarily disconnected.

786-866-5400O, 786-8662535, 786-866-2544 - ALL SHOWED UP ON CALLER ID AS UNKNOWN. WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK A RECORDING SAID "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED - PUAMI20".

I believe it is Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST). They also use 1-786-866-2525, 1-786-876-2529, 1-786-876-5407, 1-786-876-2533, 1-786-5400, 1-786-866-5411 and probably a host of other numbers with 1-786-876-XXXX

Same here. Boyer, D. shows up but the same non-response is given. After calling back, the number rings to a disconnected message. Strange.

registered D Boyer on caller ID. When called back message states number is not in service at this time. This number has called our home 6 times in the last 4 months at various times of the day

They have called about five times in the past week. No one answers, but recently I've heard background noise and a male cough. Then they hung up. I've looked up the number at whitepages.com and the only thing I can find is that they are based in Miami, FL.
