Believe me I am not sticking up for them.  Their website is no different than FreeCreditReport.com that floods the TV air waves every day with their stupid commercials. The credit report is free only if you sign up for a credit watch service.  Sounds like the same things to me.

On another note.  Homeowners are always free to try to modify their loans on their own.  The only difference is that homeowners do not have the time that we do.

Jonathan Ende & Jason Saltzman new scam is freeHAMPreport.com! What a rip-off that the freeHampreport.com is really $495.00

It makes me sick how mortgage modification firms capitalize on government programs & peoples hardships just to earn a buck! Owners of freeHAMPreport Jonathan Ende & Jason Saltzman are a prime example of this kind of greed!

If Jonathan Ende & Jason Saltzman were honest people they would not deceive the American public into thinking freeHAMPreport.com is FREE!

The use www.freeHAMPreport.com as a scheme to get your personal information! After they fool you into inputting all your personal data they ask you to pay them $495.00 or they sell you personal information to any 3rd party that will pay them!

When you ask Jonathan Ende & Jason Saltzman why they sold my name, phone, email, address & loan information all they want to tell me is that I should have settled up with them for $195.00!

I was forced to change my phone number & email to stop the badgering from telemarketers!

I was reviving 30 to 40 call ad day & over 50 SPAM emails!
thanks for your input

WARNING!!!I also got ripped off by HLAA ie and their local agents. I feel so stupid cuz I signed a form authorizing them to debit my acct for $2900 for their upfront fee, however I failed to read the fine line where it gives them all the rights to debit my account whenever they want!! I found out they took out a total of $15K! I closed my account yesterday and filing a complaint w/proof with the atty gen office in NY and my home state. The local agents involved are just as guilty...And get this? Can't get a hold of anyone!!!Pass the buck

I just found out that a friend of the family got ripped off by HLLA, esq. Marc Zirogiannis! She paid $2900 up front on 6/11/2009 and yet she was just served notice by a sheriff that her house is scheduled for auction in April! I can't imagine the look and shock on her face. She was told not to make any payments, don't worry and that she will be getting a letter to confirm her loan mod in Jan

I know this company very well... I actually met with an agent to help my Mother in her home is South Florida.  I met with Jason Salks and Jason Saltzman ... They were two different people .  Saltzman is a principal , along with Jonathan and have linked themselves up with a network or attorneys .  They are smart business men and they are very ethical.  If you email the company I am sure they will answer concerns.  Never heard of Foreclosure Relief Group , but as explained to me they are affiliated with company across the US.  Thought i may add my input after seeing this post.

If you're so happy with them, why are you looking up their phone number on here now?

LOL Only one reason YOU WORK THERE! More lies from upfront-fee crooks. Enjoy it while it lasts, scum, your operation will be shut down by law enforcement authorities soon just like so many others.

This is a great way to separate the people who can least afford it from their money, under the FALSE PROMISE of modifying a loan. Most creditors won't even work with clowns like this, there are plenty of free services for this (check with your state government or HUD).

This HLAA does exist, and they do the paper work for lawyers who are in the loan modification business. They did my paperwork and I got a modification on my mortgage. From 3k/month down to 1742/month. These people did everything they said they would and through an attorney. they also called my bank so many times i couldnt believe it. If you need help I DEFINATELY reccomend this group.

Actually , I looked into this company as well .  It is a NY based company started by an attorney in NY and those people you mentioned actually work for that company. I was a bit worried for my own situation and I do my due diligence before doing business with anyone so I got down to it. I know it is a newer association , so when i googled them I found this so i felt like answering this comment.

The Foreclosure Relief Group is located at 2950 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale Florida 33309 Suite 301C. You can reach them at (561)305-3563. They claim to be associated with the HLAA (Homeowners Legal Assistance Association) which they claim is a network of attorneys nationwide. This is false. There is no such entity as the HLAA. This is another fabrication they have coccocted to get desperate people to thgink that they are getting legal representation from an Attorney. This is nothing but a phone room with high pressure sales people preying on the desperation of people about to lose their home. The owners are Jason Saltzman who also goes by the name of Jason Salks, Alex Ende and Jonathan Ende

The calls from the foreclosure relief group used to come from 786-879-0000 and urge you to call 786-879-8288. Today the call came from a different number, but the pre-recorded message was almost exactly the same, so I know it's the same people. The new number is 786-274-7448. They appear to have also put up a website at http://keepyourproperty.org.

The call was unsolicited and to a cell phone number. I have no previous business with them.

The pre-recorded message was the following:
"This is John with the foreclosure relief group. The reason for our call is as of October 1st there are new laws that have been passed which can allow homeowners to save their home with various programs that are available. Please press 1 if your home is in foreclosure and you would like to save your property. Again, please press 1 if your home is in foreclosure and you would like to save your home. Press 2 if you would like to speak with a counselor at a later time. Or press 3 if you would like to be put on the do not call list. Thank you."

While better than before, these automated calls should not be going to cell phone numbers.

Reported to the FTC once again. This outfit looks like it has really been gearing up. From a Craigs List job posting on 12/23/2008:
"We are looking for 3 professionals who want to make $750.00 TO $2500.00 per week. We are a loan modification company that helps people who are in foreclosure we help save their homes from the auction..."

2 calls today from this number and one more from 'UNKNOWN' with the same pre-recorded message from the same guy:

"This is Michael with the foreclosure relief group. If your home is in foreclosure or you are currently behind in your monthly mortgage payments there are new programs available that will save your home from from foreclosure. Please call 786-879-8288..."

This call is to a cell phone, and I do not currently have a mortgage. I would like to find out how to report them.
