According to the area code 791, it is a number from China. They call at least 5 times a day starting at 9am. They leave no message nor answers when you pick up.

I keep getting calls from this number every few days....when i answer no one says anything and they hang up....when i try to call back i get a message that i am calling a wrong number and to check the number i am calling and try again....but give it a few days and it calls again....sounds to me like something is not right so be careful
