Have received several calls from this number. Either a hang-up and won't leave a message on answering machine, or if you answer they will say "hello" and won't talk further. Calling the number back doesn't work, it won't connect. They just keep wasting your time.

I got a call same area code, 796, but I cannot find it listed anywhere. No one talked and the caller ID only said unknown name.

Called and answered the call, no answer or response.  When they call, and I don't answer, also get no voice mail.

Answered, and no one was one the line, said hello more then 5 times.
